Angie’s List Names Vince Jackson as Vice President of Care
INDIANAPOLIS, February 29, 2016 – Angie’s List (Nasdaq: ANGI) continues its evolution into a leading technology and customer experience-driven company with the appointment today of Vince Jackson as vice president of Care.
Jackson brings a wealth of executive experience leading large global service organizations in multi-site customer service and claims operations. Prior to joining Angie's List, Mr. Jackson was the vice president of Provider Service at United Healthcare. Jackson held leadership roles in his 13 years at Humana most recently as the vice president of Customer Service and Sales Operations-Humana Pharmacy Solutions. Prior to his tenure at Humana he served as the director of Service Operations at Trigon Blue Cross.
Jackson has a proven track record of advancing continuous improvement through six sigma and other analytical methods and handling complex acquisitions and operations while transforming the consumer experience.
In his role as vice president of Care at Angie’s List, Jackson will be responsible for helping move the company from a traditional call center to a web-based, self-service organization. Jackson will lead the execution of all customer care operations, improving processes and increasing overall efficiency.
