APOOLSERVICE CO
Very well. Diagnosed problem quickly, showed us the failed parts in our current heater, offered to repair or replace the heater. We chose to replace the heater and they had a new heater installed and operating within a few days. This install was performed very professionally, and much better than the original install using many techniques to prolong the life of the heater. We installed a professional grade heater (cupro-nickel, brass, and stainless, digital), hence the price shown.

BDIXON POOL SERVICE
The service man showed up on time and was very professional and knowledgeable. However, the pool heater was beyond repair. The only problem I have with them is that he promised a quote from the company for a new heater which I never received so I went with another company.

ADIXON POOL SERVICE
Tom Dixon the owner of the company is wonderful! He fixed my burned out heater on a very tight timeline in time for a large party this Fall. He made multiple service calls after hours to diagnose, source parts and get the unit running. He also fixed the pool light which was also affected by a power surge. All this was done keeping cost in mind and I always feel that the charges are fair. We use Dixon pool for all our pool opening, closing and repairs and couldn't be happier. Highly recommend!

ASpa Solutions
Joe serviced our hot tub and replaced the heating unit. He gave some suggestions even before he came on site which helped us determine what work needed to be performed. He replaced the heater and cleaned the spa. The fees included the cost of a new heater. A few days later the heater tripped due to an error on my part. Joe came by and reset it without charging us anything. We liked his approach, the explanations he provided, and his work. We would definitely use his services in the future.

APenguin Pool Service
They had to order the heater but installed it on the Saturday of Memorial Day weekend. Installation went smoothly and they were able to make all appropriate hook-ups without me having to call other contractors. Both installers (a father and son team) were pleasant and efficient. They certainly seemed to know what they were doing. I plan to use them again in the future when I need service.

A#1 Pools
#1 Pools offered the most thorough and competitive estimate, which included a preliminary visit to the site to ensure that all needs were covered. The installation team arrived on time, was highly professional and courteous, and took the time to answer all my questions. They also did a thorough job of cleaning up the site. This was my first time using this company, and I definitely plan to use them in the future.

ADIXON POOL SERVICE
We use Dixon Pool generally for our pool services and just used them to repair the pool heater. Thom tenaciously got to the bottom of the problem (literally) over a couple service calls-- including consultations with the manufacturer-- and got the unit functioning again. Not only do they apparently know how to do everything pool-related, they do it in the most amiable, responsive, honest and cost-conscious manner. We highly recommend Dixon Pool.

AMillennium Pool Service
Excellent customer service! Dominika is very accommodating and responsive. Alexsander does awesome work and I'm always glad to see him. They took care of installing a pool heater as well as opening and closing the pool. They even provided services for free because my wife is a nurse. They are great!

AMitch's Pool Service
Mitch quickly figured out the problem and same back as promised with the part needed to fix the swimming pool heater (gas heater from Rheem/Raypak). He found a leak I had not noticed and fixed that and then offered up very good and useful advice on a variety of pool maintenance items. He really, really knows all about pools and is generous in sharing his knowledge. My five year old pool is in better shape then ever now that he's showed me some pointers I didn't get (or may not have remembered) from the original builder. Cost reported includes the cost of the parts needed for the repairs. The charge for his time was about $300 total for the two visits.

ASpa Solutions
Our five-year-old FreeFlow spa started tripping the GFCI breaker on the plug. Every time I reset it, it would happen again. I messaged Joe and he contacted me back the same day. He was able to come out two days later. He arrived promptly and despite less than favorable working conditions (our spa is recessed in a deck with minimal room to work), he determined the issue and replaced the heater after draining our spa. He then refilled the spa and tested it out to ensure everything was working properly. The price was reasonable and our spa has been working perfectly since. We will definitely contact him again in the future should we need other repairs.

OK so Joe spoke to my husband to walk him through what he thought was wrong.  Finally, I decided to have them out to just fix the problem on our thermospa hot tub. Not Joe but gosh can't remember his name and its not on the invoice.  He came out replaced the element and everything was fine.  I am shocked that a company is willing to take time out to troubleshoot without expecting payment.  It was well worth the money even though we have replaced the element before but to have someone else do it  was just fine.  Very professional and efficient.

AKENBECK POOL SERVICE
Kenbeck has been closing my pool, servicing the pumps, and even replaced my propane heater since we moved here in 1999.  They do great work and are very helpful and prompt.

AFINN'S POOL AND SPA SVC
Excellent. After numerous pool service/repair providers attempting this repair and also providing pool maintenance services, Finn's has been a breath of fresh air. They are professional, knowledgeable, thorough, and extremely responsive. Escalation to the owner happens as needed and regularly, and communication has been very good.

AAquacrafters Swimming Pool and Spa Service
Overall it went fine. He kept trying until he found what they problem was and it wasn?t an easy problem to figure out. He did charge us for his time and charged only for the part. He was cheaper than other companies that I compared.

DMillennium Pool Service
This has been going on for over a month.   Called them looking for repair of pool heater.  Got an estimate for a new heater.  I insisted they look at the heater and estimate and provide a repair.  Technician offered off-hand estimate of $400 (compared to new heater at $3,200).  Still waiting for formal estimate; no repairman in sight.

CCapital Hot Tubs & Saunas
Our hot tub quit heating the water so we called them on a Monday and they weren't able to schedule us until the following Monday.  The Technician was able to diagnose the problem immediately and replaced the heater relay board in about 15 minutes.  The one issue I had was that he charged us $425 for 15 minutes of work.  After he left I looked at the invoice to see how much the part was as I was thinking it must have been around $300 for it to have cost that much but the Tech did not break down the cost of the part from the labor.  I went on line and found a new heater relay board for my hot tub for $135 which would mean that labor was almost $300.  I was shocked.  We have been customers of this company for almost 30 years and I was really surprised that their labor costs are so high.  Love their hot tubs - Hot Springs Spas - and would never buy anything but a Hot Springs Spa, just not real happy with the cost of this service call.
