I was satisfied with the work that was done, initially. But, within months of getting rid of the squirrels, they were back. Not a big deal, since the work was guaranteed. However, I was charged for the cages used to capture the returning squirrels. I took issue with this charge, $350. I called to speak with manager, just to have a chance to let him explain to me how this was not covered under the warranty. At the very least, I wanted to keep the cages for future use, if I truly had to pay for them. I called numerous times and was told by the front desk person that she could not explain the reason for the charge. I asked to speak to a manager, hoping he could explain. But, each time, I was told he was unavailable and would return my call. He never did. Now, unfortunately, the hole that was repaired has been reopened, and there are bats entering where the squirrels once entered! I am frustrated and only want to have this company seal this hole, with the proper amount of flashing, etc,. to properly complete the job. I need to call them, again, and ask them to come fix the hole, and to get rid of the bats that have now entered. I am hoping that they will be much more diligent about resolving this matter, and that someone will actually call me to discuss the matter. If this issue cannot be properly addressed, I will not hire them again.
