Bottomline: Technically competent service, misleading price quote. Good: Called a few days prior and told the work could be done, quoted a price. Walked in shortly after opening, no waiting, proper key blank identified, cut, and programmed very quickly. Key works perfectly. Not So Good. The phone estimate was $70. The actual cost was over 50% more for a total of $110. A competitor had quoted $100, The cost breakdown was $5 to cut and $65 to program. The $40 key blank was an aftermarket product of less substance than the OEM key. The phone quote was incomplete and misleading.
