If your review is about provider who is already on the List and it passes our verification process, it should be viewable on our site within about 24 hours. When you add a new business to the List and leave a review, it may take up to 5 business days for your feedback to be posted online. We will contact you within 5 business days if your review doesn't pass our screening process for any reason.
You can check the status of your review by clicking Account and choosing My Reviews from the drop down menu. If you've recently submitted your feedback, it will appear in the "Reviews In Queue" section and it should be posted to the website shortly:
