If a company looks promising but they aren't quick to reply to your messages, try giving them a call. The provider may just be slow to respond or may not have an employee dedicated to monitoring their inbox. While more and more people are relying on email to communicate, not everyone has made this transition as thoroughly and successfully as others.
If the provider still does not follow up, we encourage you to submit a review to let other members know about your experience. This sort of feedback can help others who are considering using the provider, but it'll also help encourage the business to pay closer attention to their inbox.
