To let a company know when you have a question or request a quote, use the Ask a Question field located near the top of their profile. Please note that only certain providers have opted to use this feature; if this message field is not available for a specific provider, please give them a call.
After you've sent a message to a provider, check the status of your response by visiting the Messages page. This page allows you to communicate with providers, but it also gives you a central location to track all of your messages.
To check for new messages sign into your account. After signing in to your account, you'll see a red notification at the top of your page. Click Messages, to read your mail and respond with additional questions or concerns.
At this point in time, communications in My Messages can't be deleted. We apologize for any inconvenience.
