Company owner provided the service himself. Service was professinal, courteous, and efficient. He came to our home, put air ithe tire and moved the mower to the drive way where his service truck was located. He tuned up the motor, repaired the tire with plugs, replaced the blades. His service took about 2 hours. Mower runs like new. This company provides other much needed services. See their website for details.

I had a garden tiller repaired and ordered a few replacement parts. The tiller repair I was satisfied with. When the parts arrived half of the order was wrong. I understand this happens many times and it's certainly not the venders fault. My concern was how it was handled by CPE. I was informed it would take several days for their warehouse to get it straightened out. In the meantime I reinstalled most of the original parts. After several days of haggling with these people I finally came in to talk to the "owner". I was eventually reimbursed on my charge card but was informed by the owner that "time was money " and "I Provider name locked. money on people like you" and that's why so many small businesses failed in the past. The bottom line: If their warehouse screws up it's somehow "your fault". At least that's what I was told. If CPE finds taking 2 minutes to straighten out a customer's bill that costly, perhaps customers should go BACK to Lowe's and Home Depot where you at least getting treated with dignity and respect. Small businesses don't go under from bad customers they go under from BAD MANAGEMENT !! It's amazing, a month before when I purchased a new chainsaw from CPE I wonder how much money Mr. Provider name locked. lost on that. Everyone I see and talk to on a daily basis gets my experience first from Mr Provider name locked. and CPE.

To say Provider name locked. is a miracle worker is an understatement. Provider name locked. is incredibly knowledgeable and knows exactly how to create value for his customers, which is a rarity in businesses today. I found his prices to be reasonable and he went about his work promptly and professionally. When he was done, Provider name locked. test drove the mower to ensure everything worked. Provider name locked. corrected all the problems with the lower deck being too low, fixed the instability, and it doesn't shake any more when I engage the mower blades. He doesn't try to upsell customers on parts and services they do not need. The mower works like a charm now, the deck looks correct and mows at the right height. There's no shaking at all now when I engage the blades. The motor doesn't struggle any more and everything runs and cuts a whole lot better than before.
