The technician was helpful and checked the connection through their system. He noted that the area was down due to a storm. Internet service was restored in about two hours.

As you might expect, I have had a long and rocky road with Provider name locked. 's customer service. However, the folks at the Trademart Blvd Location in Provider name locked. -Provider name locked. have always been very helpful. I prefer to do things by phone or internet, but when dealing with Provider name locked. , I think it's worth it to go speak with the local people in person.
After a few minutes, they had my service change, equipment exchanged, and reduced my bill substantially.

Technicians were great; Customer Service created the initial problem by saying our speed would be increased, but instead it was decreased! On the other hand. They sent someone out right away when we much later (couple of months) called to resolve the problem. The first tech was nice and professional and when he left we both thought the problem was fixed. Speed was faster. But then the service dropped out completely. We called and they sent a different tech, who through considerable trial-and-error (two router replacements from his truck) fixed the problem. Overall C grade is reflection of "corporate" not field techs.
