  Mr. Wilson did a great job getting my mini split HVAC working. He charged the unit and checked for leaks at the connections. He's really knowledgeable about HVAC systems and gave me a tutorial as he went along performing the service... and a few tips for future issues. Would definitely hire again.

  I would highly recommend Pro Plumbing - My AC went out on a Monday, and I called another person who serviced it in the past on Tuesday - never received a call back until Wednesday evening. By that time, I called Pro Plumbing on Wednesday morning - Joshua Clayton was out to my house by 2 pm - was able to get me set up for the next day with a full system. By Thursday at 8:15 am - Shaun Roberts and Bryan Jones were at my house removing my old unit and installing a brand new more efficient unit. They spent over 8 hours making sure everything was set up correctly and up to code. I could not be more appreciative for their professionalism. They spent probably more than 4 hours up in my attic making sure everything was easy to get to and set up correctly. The only con on this whole process was price. It was a little bit expensive, but with the service I received, I am willing to pay just a little bit more. PS I also got a 1-year service agreement with the unit that includes - two visits for my air conditioner/heating unit, two visits from a plumbing specialist and two visits from an electrician specialist.

  Installation was excellent. Not only did he wire it up, but with his familiarity with WiFi control, he completed that effort also. System in house is over 15 years old and we are exploring updating system for better performance and lowering electric bill. Also looking at better gas water heater.

  The worker arrived at the early end of the time slot provided by the company, listened to the "symptoms" I described, made a preliminary diagnosis, and climbed into the attic to examine all the parts of the system he thought might be involved. In short order he had replaced the filter (which had only lasted about half the time it was supposed to, according to the package) and learned that my attic fan was burned out. He reviewed pricing information with me, then contacted the company and arranged for another worker to bring a replacement fan out right away. Once it arrived, he had it installed in just minutes. Of course, I paid more than I wanted to, but I think, overall, it was reasonable (included a service call charge). The worker was friendly and knowledgeable.

  We did not feel comfortable with them. Their quote started out at $9,000 then they gave us a $1,600 buy back for our existing unit and some other discounts that brought the quote down to $7,000 for a 3.5 ton heat pump and furnace. They quoted us a Rheem unit and told us this was the only brand and unit that would work in our home. The rep did not want to leave when we told him we would think about it. He seemed very pushy and called the next day to ask us if we made a decision. We have since gotten two more quotes, one for a Trane unit and one for an American Standard unit and both were less with no discounts.

  Logan Heating & Air Conditioning

  9/2/16 I bought a Carrier gas furnace/central AC unit from Logan, a factory authorized Carrier Dealer. I gave a 5 star rating for installation. Since, I have called them 4 times. 7/6/17 AC stopped. Tech pushed a reset button, charged $67.25. No one had told me/asked me about the button. 7/2/18 AC stopped. Logan couldn't come. I got it started. 8/22/18 had unit serviced. Sent "one of their best techs", replaced cheap pump, but did not connect new pump to furnace. 10/22/18 furnace stopped. 10/24/18 Logan sent tech, attached pump. Did not check furnace for damage. 9/2/16 Honeywell thermostat installed, not Carrier. 10/31/18 Service manager said, "Carrier thermostats(5 yr warranty)are inferior to Honeywell's."(1 yr warranty) I have received poor service & poor quality equipment. I do not recommend this business!!!

  The two Blaze Air technicians were prompt, courteous and very professional. They called me at work to tell me they would be at my house in about 30 minutes. They arrived before I did and already had the problem diagnosed and a price ready for quote. They took less than twenty minutes to perform the repair and got my A/C up and running in around 30 minutes total. What I appreciated most is that due to the blistering heat we've experienced this summer, Blaze Air treated my issue as an emergency and sent technicians out the next morning after receiving my call for repair the evening before. I won't forget that!!!
