We’ve been using them for about 4-5 years. This last experience was excellent. The technician went far beyond what he had to do and we haven’t had any problems since. The last visit was great, but we’ve had some technicians who weren’t so good. I Provider name locked. ’t like the fact that we have to pay every month, even though we Provider name locked. ’t use them very often.- FRANKLIN C.
Provider name locked. doesn't care. They give their "licensed and insured" contractors 48 hours after you call to call and set up an appointment to come look at your issue. That 48 hours is "business hours," meaning if it's Friday then you can forget about hearing from any contractors until Monday or Tuesday, and even then they might or might not be able (or willing) to work you in.
If you call Provider name locked. with a complaint, you will (after an extended wait on hold) be connected with someone who has apparently been trained to be as condescending and impolite as possible.
We had to spend nearly $10,000 to replace a heat pump system that AHS and their "contractor" probably broke. And charged us money to do it.
don't waste your hard-earned money on Provider name locked. . We will never have anything to do with them, ever again. Although our contract was paid up until February 2013, we called them up last week and canceled our policy. After fees, etc., etc., we are supposed to get $22 back in return for not having to deal with them anymore. And believe me, we are glad to be rid of them.
