    Robinhood Integrative Health
I got in the next day, but waited awhile. Front Desk staff were busy, and curt. I was assigned to a nurse practitioner who did a history and brief exam, but offered no answers, no help, not even empathy or what she though might be going on with me. She took labs that were not covered by my insurance, but did not ask me first, so I'm out $400. Then I found out at the front dest, that she wrote for me to come back in 3-4 weeks, and that I could not get lab results without coming back. I could not see a doctor cause was assigned to the NP. I had to email the founder a few times and finally got lab results send to my former MD in ASheville. I had to drive (sick as I was) 3 hours to ASheville. My doctor there put me on antibiotics, which I really needed and I will never go back to Robinhood. (I am an RN, and was really sad about their poor care, and that I did not get any help from them at all)

Actually I started going there because of my wife. I felt a female doctor would be of more help to her than the doctor that we were going to. That is the reason for going there and I stayed on after her. They are very good. I do not have any problems with availability. The office is helpful and they don't keep you waiting. The staff seemed to be caring and well trained. The doctor is very good. I don't have any problems there.

Doctor Williams seemed concerned and took time to answer any questions we had. Have been going to Dr. Williams for several years and found him to be an excellent doctor that does not treat you as just another patient.

I have never felt so comfortable going to the doctors....all of the CNA's are amazing too and they take the time to really listen (Gina is my favorite as she asks lots of questions and doesn't make you feel rushed)

Dr. Williams' nurse came in and went over the information for the visit requirements as I had documentation from the surgeon and she gathered my vitals and recorded them.
Next Dr. Williams came in the room and she explained it all to him and he also noticed some previous visits with other doctors in my online chart and talked to me some about those. I have to admit, him being genuinely interested in the status of outside appointments makes me feel even more confident that he is watching out for my health.
We discussed some of what the surgeon required and one of which was a structured diet to which Dr. Williams said he was not qualified to make that kind of suggestion as he is not a nutritionist. I will admit I agree with Dr. Williams and do not consider this a problem in any way. He did however suggest a calorie allotment diet and discussed with me the amount of movement I could do every day as to have a goal for the next months weigh in.
We wrapped up with him making a copy of all of the paperwork from the surgeon and him doing blood work which actually found a deficient amount of red blood cells to which he suggested taking iron pills to resolve it.
After having the blood drawn on site by an in house LabCorp tech I made my appointment for a return visit.

During my most recent appointment I was greeted warmly by familiar office personnel. The office nurse was new to me, but was friendly and efficient. As usual, Dr. Rosen and I chatted a bit about my activities and some shared experiences while he conducted the physical exam (which I passed with the metaphorical flying colors!) I like knowing that he knows me and my family situation well. He is treating not just whatever symptoms I may show up with, but treating the whole me.

Scheduling was easy. I updated my information online prior to appointment. I also received paperwork in the mail prior to my appointment. Dr. Williams is always very thorough and attentive. Very good bedside manner. Lab work was done at 9:30. Results were reviewed and reported by Dr. Williams by 4:30. He sent an email suggesting medication and follow up in 3 months. I was able to send a message in response. Very nice! I'm loving My Chart. I would definitely recommend this practice.

My husband and I chose this practice because they were an independent practice, separate from the two big health systems here, because we felt that we would have a more honest healthcare experience this way. As we requested, Dr Rosen set up an interview time with us, and he was personable and down-to-earth, with a ready smile. We love Dr. Sapp too, and have always found these two practice owners to make good choices in their staff-- PAs, nurse practitioners, nurses, medical assistants, etc. who have worked with them and supported their growth through the years.

    Roach, Dr. John G
The reason why I want to get him on Angie's List is because he is so good. He and I are already friends. The first time I saw him was 10 years ago in 2003 when I was having a pain in my leg and we were talking about it that maybe it was arthritis or whatever. He said, "In a couple of years, let us check it again because it would probably be bad enough that we will need to have it checked." And I said, "I have got to wait for two years? This really hurts." And so, that told him, "Yeah. Let us respond." Sure enough, I had cancer. And I am fine now. He did not even think that that was what it was but it was. So, he had set for a recommendation and he saved my life.

Great visit. They worked me in the same day I called even though I was a new patient. Everyone was very personable. The onsite pharmacy was so convenient and I filled my meds for less than $4.00. Can't beat that.
