    Mr Trask was extremely knowledgeable. I had concerns the car would have to be sold for parts after another shop in WS created many issues. In addition, he found a nest in my heater fan (I���d asked 2 shops to look at the problem with no resolution), he even showed me the amazing picture. He was kind, responsive and explained everything to me. This is great because I���m a female, and Most mechanics won���t take time to explain what is needed, but Mr Trask did! I would absolutely recommend to anyone. I have an older Lexus, not VW or Audi. Thanks Tim!

    Quickly and at a very reasonable price. I recently had another problem checked at the Toyota dealership (I go there because they tend to be a bit less expensive than the Lexus dealer), and they found that I had a water pump that was failing. They quoted a $1079 price for replacement. I told them I'd probably do it next month. I went to B&C, which I've used for cars not under warranty for almost $20 years, and they quoted an estimate of $589: the bill was $598, roughly HALF the amount quoted by Modern Toyota. I've always found B&C to do great work, and when investigating or checking potential problems, unlike most dealers, generally keep diagnostic charges very low. -- typically $30-$35, rather than a routine $100 if the Toyota or Lexus dealer does the work.) I trust their honesty and the quality of their work.

    I can't say enough good things about my experience with Bobby and Shane at Rattle + Hum Automotive. An acquaintance recommended them a few years ago, and after a dealer quoted me a king's ransom for a Mazda water pump replacement, I checked them out. Half the price, extremely quick, and done right. Also provided great referrals for services they don't handle in house (towing, detail, body work). It's a pleasure taking cars here.

    Rear tint looks like it has dirty water trapped around the defrost lines. The worst tint job I have received in my 35 years of car ownership and having them tinted. Owner was condescending and patronizing saying what he did was correct.

    Steve is always communicative about any issues he finds, and their tire repair is the fastest I've ever encountered. Multiple times I've come in with debris in my tire, and drove away with a repaired tire in less than 20 minutes.

    We are very pleased! We have used a shop in Welcome, NC for 10 years and after the 3rd time they lied to us about having unnecessary work performed, we finally searched for a new shop. My husband has always been a hands-on mechanic and could always do whatever work needed himself, but now that he is older, that is not possible.

    They were able to work me in on a Sunday afternoon. When their team arrived, we were having a thunderstorm, but they easily adapted and did the work in my garage. They were very professional and did an excellent job. I will definitely use them again!

    Sometimes, they're really nice. It's fine. There was a time when a salesman decided he wanted to buy my car because it's a relatively late model. He kept bugging me while I was trying to talk to the service guy. He wouldn't leave. There are things like that. They are not as professional as another company we use. Sometimes, it's fine. I don't know if it depends on the person in charge at the time. I was really surprised they let that happen. They bothered me a lot about that. I'll get letters but that's okay. I can throw the letter out and recycle it or something. I haven't had major problems with this car, and it's probably because we bought a car that had a good frequency of repair record. They are the only ones that have taken care of it and it's still working fine. Everything is so expensive with cars, so I don't know how to judge it. They are pretty responsive. They're pretty much spot on with how long it's going to take, which is what counts with car maintenance. There were some other things earlier, but I can't remember what they were. I will use them as long as I have the Hyundai. I don't like the music they play in the waiting room, but that's nothing to do with the car, which is the important thing.

    I think maybe it's a little high, but I'm not sure. We bought our Subaru in 2000, so it is ancient. We bought a car based on consumer reports and we pay a lot of attention to the frequency of repair records. It's no surprise that it hasn't had a lot of problems with it. This one has been very good. The responsiveness is pretty good. Usually, he calls and can get an appointment pretty soon. My  husband hasn't complained. He always takes some work to do and sits there and works on it. We will continue to use them for sure, as long as we have this car, but the next car we don't know. The cars change and the cars keep getting bigger. Years ago, we had a Honda Accord that was so small and you felt like patting it and saying, "Nice puppy." By the time we got around to needing a new car, the accords had gotten bigger and we didn't want a big car.
