It went extremely well. I sent him an email with my current situation on May 16th and I had a quick response on the 17th and later the actual quote on the same day. They were able to come Friday the 22nd. Because of the week in between my request and the installation he came during the week and setup a window AC to help keep me and my pup cool in the meantime which was very thoughtful and really amazing.
They came to complete the work as scheduled on time and got right to work. Unfortunately, I do not have an entrance to my backyard except for though the house. They prepped the space to ensure there was minimal damage and there was no damage following the install. They successfully installed at 4 ton Carrier AC unit and an update furnace system within a day. Also installed a touch pad control panel.
Once the job was complete Provider name locked. walked around to ensure things were working successfully and walked me through to show me the work that had been completed. They had already cleaned up and good to go.
Everything was running well and cooling the house as promised. I had shared with him some concern with the lack of circulation on the 3rd level and he explained that it may take some time for the air to circulate. he also said he would follow up to make sure it was cooling down as desired.
he did follow up and the 3rd floor was still not getting cool. He and his partner returned a few days later and adjusted a number of the vents throughout the house which allowed for more air to get forced up to the 3rd floor. They determined that the vents were installed poorly which causes for poor circulation. The changes they made on this second visit made a WORLD of difference on the top level.
All in all he was great!
Very responsive, great pricing, and very eager to please.
I got his name from a friend and i will be sharing his name with ALL my friends that need an HVAC guy. :)

It was a 79$ for 200$ deal. Lucky for them caulking 2 showers (2 shower heads, 2 Provider name locked. , and 2 bath faucets) costs 240$ for about thirty minutes of work. The first of three visits was spent using the wrong caulk and doing the job on top of bad caulk leading to reinforced bad caulk with immediate cracking. I called and the manager, Provider name locked. , he apologized for agreed bad and lazy work and sent someone else out to redo the work. However when they came out, this time they did not redo the job but focused only on a new job, to replace the faucets, which was done well. Too bad he didn't do the original job and had to come out a third time to redo the original caulking job. In the end, they were responsive and the work got done. However the first guy Corsel Provider name locked. does lazy and low end work, nonreflective of Provider name locked. who does good work, but the miscommunication that took three visits to caulk a shower was way too time consuming and exhausting for me.

Honest, trustworthy, I contracted to complete work for elderly family members, and this company arrived early, understood the sensitivity of the senior citizens reluctance to having workers in the residence due to previous rip-offs, and they provided excellent quality work, and even put the couple at ease by taking time to explain what the work involved to install the outdoor camera's. I will continue to use this company for all my electrical concerns.
