    Perfect Ins
Perfectly! Omar arrived a few minutes early. Worked carefully and quickly--but had time to explain and teach. Good teacher. He clearly knows his way around these systems. Someone in my house--probably me--pulled a cable out of the receiver a week later. He generously walked me though what needed to be done after making the diagnosis using video on What's App. He was patient and confident. He is my go-to man!

Sixteen holes in my wall when the mount required only 4. Cracks extending the width of the TV, all the way to the ceiling, and 2 feet below the TV. When I contacted Martin about this, he responded that he was not responsible for what happened to the plaster, that he was responsible for the mount only, and unless the TV is on the floor he had done his job. This was a real con job. From our very first discussion until after the very end, I could not get a consistent answer on the price from Martin or a clear commitment on exactly the services he would deliver. For starters, he refused to give me a price over the phone but insisted he had to come out. Once he arrived, the pressure was on for me to let him do the work right then, which I declined as I was still researching companies. Once I did contract him to do the work, it felt like a game of smoke and mirrors. He had 4 holes in the walls when he informed me that the wall was plaster, and he couldnt enclose the cables in the walls, which is the job Id contracted him to do. He should have determined that when he came out the first time. All you have to do is open up a light switch or outlet cover to see that. NOT put holes in the wall! (Except that he was tricking me into paying for a job I didnt want.) Once he had installed the mount, he informed me that my TV was too heavy for the mount. Its older and maybe 40 pounds. Again something he should have determined when he came out the first time! So then I had to find a different TV in the house! We grab the smaller TV from my room, and he charges me $10 extra for doing so. When hes finally done hours later, there are still cables everywhere, and he informs me that the mount is unstable because it is mounted in a plaster wall, but it should be okay -- as long as I not move the TV! A sleek look and increased flexibility are the very reasons you mount a TV! When my kids come home over break is the first time we use the TV. They show me more than 10 cracks extending in every direction. Thats when I realize that this TV will soon hit the floor. I remove the TV from the wall and see that this guy has put 16 holes in my wall! After paying $120 for the mount and $190 for the work, I now have to take on this tremendous job of repairing the plaster!

    MR. TV MOUNT
Incredible! I got three bids. MR TV Mount price was detailed and much less than the others who were trying to charge me lots more especially for demolition repair (patching/paint) which ended up not being needed with the install. From quote to actual installation in DCs Logan Circle, I was totally impressed given I work with lots of contractors for my properties and this job was just smooth. Thanks to Sam and the two installers who were A+! And skip Geek Squad since I started with them at first only to have them lose my install order TWICE. Clueless is what Geek Squad.

Great communication, work ethic and overall job! The job became more complicated when it was discovered that the studs were metal and not wood as I was told prior. Yet, with his experience and wide availability of tools the job was able to to completed in less than an hour. It looks phenomenal!

Outstanding service. My wife and I were very pleased with the work performed. We reached out on a Wednesday on Angie's List and had an appointment the following Saturday. Professional, highly knowledgeable, and detail oriented. Also reconfigured our TV cabinet AV wiring to ensure that the receiver would fit properly and have a "clean" appearance. Would highly recommend for home AV/stereo/theater installation needs.

Smart Home & TV Installs LLC
Smart Home contacted me punctually after I inquired about my issue, and through messages, walked me through what I had and what I needed. They were the first (after talking to the seemingly knowledgeable projector and mount sales reps) to identify correctly that I was missing a key piece and needed that prior to installation. They then offered a consultation to help me figure out what I needed and how to proceed. Because I was under a time crunch I was unable to use their services and went with a video friend who was immediately available, but want to state how impressed I was with their customer interface, knowledge, and professionalism. I would definitely use them in the future.

HelloTech: Tech Support To Your Door
He said to me, don't focus on the wiring just watch the TV instead. I waited three days later, went to Home Depot and purchase a white stick post and just layed it over the wirer because he nailed and tacked everything to the wall. Its working out, that's how it's going.
