    Southern Tire & Auto Centers
We've been using them for a long time and we keep going back. They're timely and the price is always right, its not overpriced. They take care of any problems that are subsequent of a service. We've been going to them since they opened and were even using the mechanic prior to the company opening.

    Fitzgerald Buick GMC
Awful. We purchased the "lifetime service" package when we bought our car in 2013. We have received very low to no service during that time period. Service appointments are not honored, there is little to no communication regarding status of repairs and the attitude of the service personnel is unacceptable. When I complained, it was clear that $$$ versus service and maintenance of purchased dealership vehicles was the priority. Their competitors, which I sought out and researched after once again being denied respectable maintenance on my vehicle, were so dramatically better, I am motivated to take the time to right this review. Avoid this dealership and buy your GMC elsewhere.

    Sheehy Infiniti of Chantilly
We recently had the WORST car buying experience of our lives at Sheehy Infiniti of Chantilly. I wish we had read the other horrible reviews before proceeding with our purchase. They had a used electric vehicle which matched our criteria, and seemed like a similar deal to identical models which were mostly farther away. I made an appointment to purchase it, bought a plane ticket and flew in to pick it up and drive it home. The first issue was with the battery level of the vehicle. I had asked them to make sure it is fully charged, as I had a 425 mile trip home and I knew if it was fully charged, I would only need to stop for a recharge once. Upon arrival I found the battery at 74%, which meant my trip home took 10.5 hours instead of 9 as two recharges were needed. Their excuse was that their dealership was not set up for 240v quick-charging, and they didn't have enough time. I guess dropping it off at one of the dozen quick-chargers within 5 miles of them to get topped off was too much trouble. Issue 2- the vehicle had previously been used in a "rental" capacity. This was never disclosed, and should have been. Upon getting the vehicle home, I was furious to find out it was missing a whopping $9500 in options that it was clearly stated as having! Being a high-tech luxury car, it was not feasible to check the car for every single option it was supposed to have in the short time I had, as there are over 40 possible unique features to this model. Having had only positive experiences with dealerships in the past, I mistakenly assumed Sheehy would have simply been truthful and accurate in regards to there listing...not the case at all. Luckily I had saved the full advertisement, or otherwise being the crooks that they are I am sure they would have disputed the validity of my claim. When we confronted Sheehy of Chantilly about these deceptions, they offered ZERO options that included us keeping the car for a reduced price (partial refund). Instead of being ethical and righting a wrong by offering to either A. Refund the value of the missing options that were clearly advertised in black and white and allow us to keep the car or B. Offer to take the car back and refund ALL expenses that resulted as a consequence of their deception they chose to offer C. Take the car back and refund the flight cost only or D. Keep the car as is, and live with the warm and fuzzy knowledge that we've been royally swindled (no thanks). There are cars like this one but actually optioned as advertised for the same price but farther away, so there was no way we were keeping this scam of a deal and letting them get away with this. As honest and ethical individuals, my family knows we deserve better. The icing on the cake - they put us in this predicament knowing that I was leaving for a long overseas stint with the military less than a week away from the original purchase date. How's that for supporting those in uniform? Like we don't have enough stress during this already difficult time. And following their pick up of the car (the driver they sent 1. Did not come at the agreed upon time 2. Did not call as promised 3. Was not told by the dealership that the car he was driving was electric and it was going to take him much longer to get back than he planned & was mad 4. Did not know how to operate it), they relisted the car almost exactly the same way they had when I first saw the ad, which clearly tells me they are looking for another sucker to buy it and hopefully this time not realize what features the car is missing in contradiction to the website listing. That should tell you all you need to know about how this business operates. Think twice before handing over your hard-earned money to these scam artists!!!

    Precision Collision Center
Pablo and Rob did a fine job on my Saab. They provided price estimates, worked with the insurance company to adjust those estimates, and did fine body work. I was very happy with the experience and Pablo/Rob communicated with me during the process. They were even nice enough to give me a ride to and from the metro. Thank you.

We called Nu-Pro late Friday afternoon. Tyrone took our information and made the appointment for noon on Saturday. Tyrone was very friendly and professional. He even called to see if he could come over early to replace the window. He has all the tools necessary to do the job quickly and efficiently making sure to be careful with our car. He replaced the window and vacuumed up all the glass in the car and on the ground around the car. He was done in well under an hour. Excellent service!

    Yates Automotive Inc
Imagine a Saturday afternoon close to Christmas Holidays. You have so much to do and planned to do it today. However you get a sharp object in a tire and air is shooting out rapidly. I stumbled on Yates Automotive. Let me tell you, there isn't a place I can remember in recent days that has warm, caring professionals like Yates Automotive. Although attentively caring for other customers cars, Billy and Joe immediately determined the cause and repaired my vehicle without hesitation. A sincere thank you to the professionals at Yates Automotive! Awesome job!

They are excellent. Recently there was a serious leak in my oil pan. Oil was going into my alternator.. They replaced the alternator generator and oil pan. They always do a good job. I would highly recommend them and I will use them again.

    Executive Auto Shippers LLC
We shipped our Honda Accord from southern CA to DC last week. It was a very smooth process with excellent customer service from Lori at Executive Auto Shippers and a responsive car carrier rig owner/driver. The car arrived in 4 days, one day earlier than scheduled and the driver called to confirm he could deliver a day early, which worked out very well for both of us. I would use Executive Auto Shippers again to ship a personal vehicle.

    Arctic Window Tinting
Initial quote and responsiveness was great, installer was professional and did an excellent job. The reason my estimate was so high was because I chose the premium V-KOOL product. I was provided with quotes for compatible and cheaper films but chose this intentionally.

    BMW of Alexandria
This is the worst ever consumer experience i had. This is totally unacceptable from BMW. I have had issues w/ my 2012 BMW z4 since November 2017 that could not have been solved by this Service. I finally took my car to a third party service, got the problem identified and now my car works perfect. Since then I am dealing with Alexandria Service to be refunded in full. The GM of the shop does not return my calls and does not respond to my emails. It is so upsetting that the consumer approach of 1990's can still exist in a BMW shop. Sad very sad.
