    Fitzgerald Buick GMC
Awful. We purchased the "lifetime service" package when we bought our car in 2013. We have received very low to no service during that time period. Service appointments are not honored, there is little to no communication regarding status of repairs and the attitude of the service personnel is unacceptable. When I complained, it was clear that $$$ versus service and maintenance of purchased dealership vehicles was the priority. Their competitors, which I sought out and researched after once again being denied respectable maintenance on my vehicle, were so dramatically better, I am motivated to take the time to right this review. Avoid this dealership and buy your GMC elsewhere.

Pablo and Rob did a fine job on my Saab. They provided price estimates, worked with the insurance company to adjust those estimates, and did fine body work. I was very happy with the experience and Pablo/Rob communicated with me during the process. They were even nice enough to give me a ride to and from the metro. Thank you.

    Yates Automotive Inc
Imagine a Saturday afternoon close to Christmas Holidays. You have so much to do and planned to do it today. However you get a sharp object in a tire and air is shooting out rapidly. I stumbled on Yates Automotive. Let me tell you, there isn't a place I can remember in recent days that has warm, caring professionals like Yates Automotive. Although attentively caring for other customers cars, Billy and Joe immediately determined the cause and repaired my vehicle without hesitation. A sincere thank you to the professionals at Yates Automotive! Awesome job!

They are excellent. Recently there was a serious leak in my oil pan. Oil was going into my alternator.. They replaced the alternator generator and oil pan. They always do a good job. I would highly recommend them and I will use them again.

    BMW of Alexandria
This is the worst ever consumer experience i had. This is totally unacceptable from BMW. I have had issues w/ my 2012 BMW z4 since November 2017 that could not have been solved by this Service. I finally took my car to a third party service, got the problem identified and now my car works perfect. Since then I am dealing with Alexandria Service to be refunded in full. The GM of the shop does not return my calls and does not respond to my emails. It is so upsetting that the consumer approach of 1990's can still exist in a BMW shop. Sad very sad.

They're great. They are very courteous and go out of their way for you. They're also great on price. A lot of times they won't charge me for things that I expected them to. For example, I had a punctured tire that wasn't anything to do with the warranty and they didn't charge me for it. They also didn't charge me for new batteries in my car keys. They are the only ones I will go to for car service.

It is a long way to get to them so I will try to go to someone closer. They repaired my air conditioning and a total break job. They also did a couple of other things. I called made and appointment, they were ready for me and it was done when they said it would be done. I would give them an A all round. I would use them again if I was close by. My biggest and most recent job was the A/C.

He does a good job. You buy the dealer parts or you can get refurbished parts here. He does what he can to make the parts cheap. He will say, "The cheapest way to get the part is, you need to go get it yourself".

I p;aid .50 cents.I'm not kidding. The guy was so honest, he said a fuse only cost .50 cents. I thought I had a bigger problem but he would only charge me .50 cents. Like who has ever of a guy like that. It took half a day. It was a fuse, not an electrical malfunction.

    DP Auto Service
DP adjusted the belt tension and I haven't had a problem since. It also changed the car's oil. The work was done promptly -- I left the car off in the morning, it was ready by the afternoon -- and at a reasonable price.
