    Beneath Crawl Space Services-Mark Brown
Mark did a phenomenal job! He showed up with short notice because the first company we called no-showed. We had to get a few things in our crawl space corrected before the sale of our home. He was able to get under the house and inspect quickly and came back with a more than reasonable price. He came back to the house same week and did all the repairs in one day. We were more than pleased with his work! We will always recommend Mark to friends, family and acquaintances!

AES inspected the structural parts of the house and repaired floor beams, piers, beams, etc, then put down waterproofing, including bringing the waterproofing up the sides of the crawlspace and piers, sealing the crawlspace from moisture issues. In addition, they removed the brick facing of the exterior walls and replaced it with siding, reducing the weight of the house on the foundation. AES are consummate professionals. Easy to work with, they take complex issues and explain them in easy to understand terms. Great work ethic. Did great work. Cleaned up everything very well. Good communication. Followed up 2 months later to attach the shutters. Kept on a schedule. Really can't say enough about Phil and Dave and the rest. HIRE THESE FOLKS!!! They are the best you can find. No kidding.

Awesome company! Phil Carter is a consummate professional. Dave the foreman went over and above getting the job done right and quickly. They special ordered our siding. They took a wavy hardwood floor with inches of variations throughout the house and made it nearly new. They demod thebrick walls and brought in a subcontractor to install siding, supervising them closely. ALL work done well. Looks awesome. Super happy with the work and the positive attitude of Phil and Dave.

Mr. Carter came out and evaluated the site to resolve a flooding issue. He made several suggestions for how to deal with the situation. He recommended that I have some trees removed, and then once the trees and roots are removed, he will return to reevaluate whether I will need to have any work done. He was very reassuring and made me feel much more positive about my options. He was not about the money; he was all about helping me to resolve a stressful situation.

    Small Potatoes Structural Engineering
Don't waste your time or money. These guys promised a report of their findings within a two weeks....it's six weeks later and I have called and emailed multiple times and gotten nothing but the run around. Without the much needed report, the money I spent for the inspection is an absolute waste.

Overall I was pleased with the service. The visual inspection went very well. Mike showed up on time as scheduled with an associate. The walk through was informative and they looked at all the areas I had concerns about (walk cracks, uneven floors, exterior brick cracks) and they looked at other areas that could be potential issues (attic trusses). With the walk through alone, about 1 hour, I got much of the information I wanted and needed. However, I did request an optional written report with recommendations. Getting the report took longer than I expected but I did get it. I am glad I requested the report because it added to my understanding of the work that needs to be done to fix the structural integrity of my townhouse before investing in other renovations and repairs. I wanted the benefit of an objective evaluation of my property (visual only) without wondering if the evaluator was trying to sell me another repair service and I got that with this job and believe it was well worth the time and money. Walk through visual inspection and report priced separately, total for both was $450. Kudos to office staff who helped complete my job.

The inspection and review were the best. No work was performed, however, since the company does not perform the types of service we required. However, without their suggestions we would have had a much more difficult time finding reliable companies to undertake the work. Everyone with whom we were in contact at Advanced Engineering Construction went way beyond the line of duty to assist us. Great people, great company.

Rick did an outstanding job and made sure the design was functional, and met all of my expectations.  He was very easy to get a hold of and walked myself and the construction through any issues.   I am very satisfied and would highly recommend him.
