They showed up less than 20 min later which was great. Two young men showed up and went over to the hole that was I cleared out earlier and started to move more of the dirt away from the cement door. They opened the door and stated that the tank was full and there was a good deal of toilet paper in the system going into the tank. They then went to the rear of the tank and started to clear the dirt away from rear door once cleared they opened the door and they stated that it was indeed full.
At this point their main pump truck showed up the backed it down the drive way and removed 2 hoses and started pumping the system out. Less than 30 min later the job was done I grabbed by check book and signed the check for $375.00 and confirmed the amount again with the owners son at which time he stated that the amount was $485.00 and not the quoted amount of $375.00. I said how could this be we were quoted $375.00 he stated that he would have to go and get his book from the truck. At this time the young man told me that it was a larger tank and that was why the price increased. So I voided this check and wrote out a new one for the additional $110.00 I was not very happy with the additional amount but what was I to do. I thought about this over and over how I was quoted one price and then was charged another so I waited until the following day and called to voice my grievance with the company.
I talked with the wife of the owner and voiced my grievances with her regarding the cost difference. She told me that they were trying to provide a service for us due to the fact that my husband just got out of the hospital. I told her that I did not have any issue with the fact that they were very accommodating and even stated that I was very pleased that they were able to be so accommodating and that the issue was the difference between what I was quoted and what I had to pay. She then went through the invoice: Pump tank $403.00, $75.00 service charge, $10.00 dig buffeted top for a total charge of $488.00 the confusing part of this was that the Pump charge noted that their was a 200 Provider name locked. pumped house back up. The only problem with this is that there was no back up in the house. Then there was the $403.00 charge where we were quoted $300.00 prior to the service but then after the service it jumped $103.00 with no explanation or warning. The owners wife said obviously the owner would have to come by to talk to me.
Later on the 12/6 the owner showed up and so did the 2 younger men that who did the work. I started to express my concerns and issues I had with the different costs. The owner quickly became defensive I tried to explain my concerns then one of the 2 younger men that were there (not the owners son) started to lie about a conversation he stated that he had with my husband the night before regarding our septic system being over 40 years old yet our home was built in 96? It went down hill from here... The owner said what do I need to do to make this right? I said an explanation of the charges would be a good place to start. He then said ok how about I take $25.00 of the bill? I stated again that an explanation would help even better because an increase of $118.00 on a service that was quoted to be $375.00 would be an even better place to start.
At this time the owner stated that he would be willing to take $25.00. No explanation of the increase, employees lying about what was said and done just down right unprofessional all around.
Service is what we were expecting they did 1/2 of this right they showed up but they do not have any follow through. In a service industry service starts before the sale and follows through to the end of the sale and after the sale. I would never call this company ever again and I will continue to tell the story of Dis-service that I and my family received from Provider name locked. to all that will listen.
I should have stayed with R Provider name locked. .

I was very pleased with the service. I called the day before and the woman I spoke with was very nice and when I explained the problem I've been having said she would send someone the next day instead of four days later. I would definitely use this company again.
