I am pretty amazed at these guys or should I say girls.
To start with, I have a lot of friends in the rescue/rehab business for local animals. It is not easy to find a trusted animal/house sitter when you are gone for a few days. I’ve heard horror stories. And I’ve tried in the past as well.
In this case my current sitter and I parted ways and I had to find a good replacement. I did call a couple of times and filled out the on line form and was contacted within a couple of days. In the end, I saw that this is because they are SO busy because they are SO good.
We had a consultation wherein 2 Provider name locked. came out bringing cat Provider name locked. toys knowing I had cats. They wanted 2 that could come easily and to be there to understand the Provider name locked. of the land, etc. They were here for well over 2 hours (there is no charge for this) to make sure all were comfortable with expectations, etc. This is so rare & I being quite perceptive, gave me plenty of time to see how sincere and professional they were. They have a high-tech system that is very user friendly. But the time they spent just taking in the environment and getting to know me and my pets is pretty unheard of. They even stayed to see how I fed my babies. By the time I left for several days, I was quite comfortable with them in character and personality. They genuinely care for the animals and want to do the right thing. It’s also clear they know how to. Most have quite a bit of animal medical knowledge and how to care for animals needing medication, etc.
On top of all of that, they Provider name locked. ’t charge by the minute or by the animal. They charge by overall job and seeing what it will take to accomplish the best outcome. They are very reasonable. They clearly take whatever time is needed for the situation.
They were in text contact while I was gone and the same 2 came together on the 1st visit to make sure all was done well. They sent pics and photos along the way and when I returned, all was well. Everyone was happy and no one seemed too bothered (I have a couple that are naturally fraidy cats). They had even brought more cat Provider name locked. toys.
I can say that I think they go above and beyond to provide the best service. If you manage to become one of their clients, you are very lucky. I only say this because I know how hard it is to find this kind of consideration and service.
Bravo and Thanks a Million.

Our hound dog Penny came to Provider name locked. for two weeks of boot camp. She was under socialized both with humans and dogs and was out of control. Two weeks later, she is happy, calm, and knows all of her basic commands. It is as if someone turned the light on in her little puppy brain. Provider name locked. is ready and willing to help 24/7. Even after her training has ended, he is in contact with me to see how things are going and to reinforce the training tips we learned in our private lessons. My other hound dog will be training with him soon. He also donates his time to help train rescue dogs so that they can become adoptable. A great guy and a top notch business.

I loved this place the first couple of times I took my dog there. It's a classic example of looking good on the outside while providing low quality services. They advertise "doggie day care" which consists of nothing more than shutting all the dogs that are currently waiting for service into a small room without windows or they are allowed to run around the service area. My dog started behaving very badly after just one visit there. It's a hodgepodge of dogs sliding around in urine and when you pick up your pet they'll swear it "just" happened. The last time I took my dog there he did not want to stay. He pulled toward the door with all his strength and that is completely out of character for him. He's been there 6 times and still avoids the owner like the plague. When he even sees him he saunters in the opposite direction. I thought this was normal at first because my dog was a puppy but he's warmed up to everyone else and is quite friendly. For some reason this guy creeps him out. I've shown up early and walked back to the salon area and witnessed what was explained as "having a bad day" . A Provider name locked. was yelling and telling the dogs to shut-up before telling another employee "I can't f-Provider name locked. " stand this s***". They are over priced, unfriendly, and lack any sincere interest in animals. The last time I picked him up he lunged toward me and couldn't wait to get out of there. And to top it all off I paid for services that were not provided. His hair had clearly not been cut. I asked for a trim around his eyes and face so he can see, a sanitary cut (which includes everything on his under part and around his testicles and backside. The only thing that was any different was the botched shave job done directly around his anus and that's it! And even that looked terrible. The skin looked raw for several days and was uneven. His hair still laid over his eyes exactly how it was when I dropped him off and he smelled like urine. It was all I could do to not go in there and raise h***! I took my little guy to Sweet Frog instead. I recommend going to Fur Frenzy in Hilltop. I've done my investigating and it looks good so far.
