    NO STUFF APPLIANCES & FRNTR
    I DID NOT RECEIVE THE DRYER I PAID FOR. I bought a new Maytag Washer and used Kenmore Dryer for $650. He had the price on the washer at $550 and price on dryer was $225. Mr. Cole said he'd sell them to me for $650. I agreed and paid for them in full. Upon delivery later same day I noticed the dryer was not the same one I bought. The vent grid inside this one has rust and the knobs have a rubber coating that are sticky - obvious signs of heat exposure. Mr. Cole was called and he told me "if I had an issue with it I could exchange within the 90 day warranty". Mr. Cole should've immediately had his deliverymen go back for NICER DRYER I PAID FOR and took the cheaper dryer he sent! After 3 weeks I noticed no cold water is coming out when selecting COLD WASH - it's completely HOT. After checking the hoses in the back of the washer it's obvious his deliverymen hooked it up backwards. I'm no expert but I think I can match red to red and blue to blue. Both units work - I'm happy with the washer but NOT with the cheaper dryer he decided to give me rather than the one I paid for. I HATE touching the nasty sticky knobs every time I use it. Will never go back or recommend his service. NOTE: I also gave him my old working dryer yet he still played the switch game on me and did not make good on the sale after I called him out on it.

    The Good: Performed inspection quickly, was very responsive at first. The Bad: took very low resolution pictures, missed damage that was extremely obvious, even my 8 year old daughter noticed the damage at first view of vehicle. Examples: Dents in vehicle, major scratches that requires body work, major rips in leather, damage to other interior parts that he never identified. I purchased the vehicle based on his report, when I received the vehicle I was very disappointed by what he missed. I have provided pictures to him on what was missed, no response. He responded very quickly when he wanted to do the job.

    My piano was not moved with care. I am not one to usually get upset.....but.....I called your company because all of your pictures show customer's pianos being moved with upmost care and all pianos being moved on dollys. Well.....mine wasn't. But instead it was pushed across the blacktop parking lot on it's wheels and definitely NOT on a dolly. I didn't pay $250.00 to have my piano moved without being covered and pushed across the unlevel blacktop parking lot just because it had wheels. Are you serious????? And every customer and their items that they put in your care to move for them should be viewed as a priceless possession. Tell me why do you advertise your business on your piano moving website with ALL pianos you move for them being moved on dolly's. Every one of them are being moved on dollys. Why wasn't mine?? By the way......if you are moving possessions that belong to customers.....whether the piano is brand new or is 20 years old or so.....each item you move for customers should be viewed as priceless to you as they are to your customers. And my calling your company and sharing my frustrations with and then with you the owner.....you only viewed my complaint as a $50.00 discount and that you were going to start moving per the customer's specifications. All moves should be moved per the customer's specifications and how they want their possessions moved. You don't decide that. Anyways, Is that all my concerns about how badly my piano is worth to you then there is a definite problem. All I can say is that if you advertise the moving of pianos on your piano moving website as each piano moved will be on a dolly then all pianos should be......then if not you are being deceptive to customers. The way you moved my piano today is NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL. I am quite upset.

    I had a good experience with them. They did the work, they did it promptly they did what I asked. It was reasonable price all of that was good. They were good they delivered when they said they were. One of the great things about it is I didn't have to go back and said I wanted it this way or that way.They took the ball and ran with it. I didn't have to spend a lot of time explaining to them.I didn't have to go through any of the other stuff that I had to go through with some of the others that get it wrong. It was right the first time.

    The packer were hard working and polite. I wish that they would have ask me if I wanted clothing, towels to pack and I would have said no. Now I am washing a lot of clothing and stuff they used in the packing process and it difficult for. 70 yr old.

    The movers were NEVER on time, usually about two to three hours AFTER they said they would be there--even after I would call or text to confirm. I provided the furniture wraps and tape but my furniture, much of which was antique or fine quality wasn't wrapped well and arrived at my new place with numerous scratches and broken off pieces. They broke the marble top to my antique dresser and although my move was 6 weeks ago and they promised to repair or replace it, I have yet to receive it. I have called, emailed, and texted and my texts and emails have never had a reply. At first, the owner was picking up when I called, but now, it goes directly to his answering service. The last time I spoke with the owner, he said that he would deliver the repaired marbletop the next day at 4:00 p.m. I left work early on Thursday, June 1, so I could meet him at that time and he never showed up. My new landlady had also hired him to removed a washer and dryer from the premises as I was bringing my own with me when I moved in and the company failed to show up on the day and time she scheduled them for as well. They did show up the next day. I had to hire another company at the last minute to move my piano because on the day I was supposed to be out of my former residence completely, I was suddenly told that "they couldn't move such an old (antique), valuable piano", even though I had specifically contracted with them for that and the company owner had been to my house, seen the piano, and told me that it 'wouldn't be a problem". Additionally, they broke the wooden frame of the mirror that also goes with my antique dresser. I paid MORE than what was asked for believing that since I was acting in good faith, this company would as well. I am reporting them to The Better Business Bureau of Virginia beach. They list you on their business card, but if I were the owner of Angie's list, I would remove this company from your list of recommendations. Their service was very poor and I am extremely frustrated at the fact that they are not following through with repairing what they broke. I am considering suing the company.
