I couldn't be more pleased and am only sorry that I didn't call them sooner as it might have saved me some tense moments trying to teach my teen how to drive. My daughter's instructor, Provider name locked. , was wonderful. He reached out to me first to make sure I understood the process and answer any questions. Then he worked directly with my daughter to work out a schedule for when they could drive together because she has after-school sports every day and I was traveling for work. Provider name locked. was very flexible and worked around her schedule. He was extremely focused on safety with my daughter, had a tremendous amount of patience. He identified areas where she needed improvement and coached her through it until he was comfortable with her skills. He made the experience enjoyable for her while ensuring she acquired skills and a respect for the responsibility of driving. Many of my daughter's friends went to a different driving school because 'everyone else does' but I am so glad that I chose Noble instead as my daughter received a very personalized, professional and thorough education.

Initially the overall service was satisfactory until we had to schedule that actual road test which was included prepaid portion of the package. The road test portion included a pickup at the house, a 1 hr refresher course and transportation to DMV and use of the vehicle for the test. A day or two before the road the instructor called to inform us that the road test was scheduled at a DMV location that was too far from her house and that she would not pick up my daughter and it would be up to us to provide transportation and this scheduling was very inconvenient for her...OK. After discussing with my daughter we decided to reschedule. This incident got back to the front office and a gentleman named Provider name locked. called me to apologize profusely for the "misunderstanding" . I told him that we had rescheduled and gave him the new information. He promised me it was handled. The day road test #2 I called Provider name locked. because I hadn't received a confirmation call and I wanted to confirm where she was going to be picked up that afternoon. I was informed that they had no record of her test and had no drivers available to fill in...ARE YOU KIDDING ME! Please keep in mind that I have a 17yo who in her mind should have had her license 3 months ago and it is 11am her test is scheduled for 4pm and we have no plan. The person explained to me that Provider name locked. had been hospitalized and basically blamed him. Is this a one man show? After I explained my frustration I was told they would try to get a driver from another company to fill in. Thank goodness I had learned my lesson and called around myself and found a local driving school who could take my daughter for her Test (Thank you A1 Peck in Provider name locked. ). But it's not over! I received a call at 4:05pm (her test was scheduled for 4pm) to tell me they couldn't find another driver and with much hesitation they said they would refund me the road test portion of the package $195. I'm a reasonable person and things happen so I figured that was fair especially since I had to pay A1 for the last minute service. As of the writing of this review ,15 days after the incident,I have not received a refund nor have I received a return call concerning the refund. Not only very disappointing customer service but in my opinion unethical. My son is next in line and the only thing I can guarantee is where we won't be going.

The Instructors are friendly and fun and relatable to teenagers, able to capture their attention, and really focus them on preparing for their tests. The location was easy to find, and the staff that handles registration is very friendly and helpful. Whenever we have a question, we can call or email and get pretty prompt responses. The Provider name locked. car that they use for Student Lessons is fully equipped and safe and also cool to drive for the students.
