did a great job. Starting at 9 AM every day and working until 4 or 5 PM. Everything had to be just perfect. Anything I could not do for myself, they did for me such as moving kitchen table and heavy appliances into a different room and many little things. Every night they made sure all was cleared up and ready for the next day. Once the cabinets had completely dried,

came back and installed all the knobs. I definitely will hire

I had a signed contract. Work was to begin on April 4, 2012 at 10:00 AM. Mr
Virginia Beach Cabinet Refacers Provider Name Locked
called me at 7:45 AM that day to confirm the start time. I told him I'd be home by 10:00 AM and he said, "OK. We'll be there!" I was so excited to finally get started. At 9:45 AM I got home to discover a note on my door reneging on the contract due to a "personal situation." Enclosed with the note were money order totaling $2,875 for some of the deposits I had given him. During our many interactions over the prior three weeks, I also gave him a Home Depot card I had in the amount of $103.16 saying he could apply that amount against my final bill. He fully understood and agreed. Since I received that note on the door reneging on our contractual agreement, I have tried to call him many times to ask him to contact me and return the remaining $103. Of course, he no longer answers the phone or returns voice mails. I choose not to visit him at his place of business, which is also his home. I have made a
Virginia Beach Cabinet Refacers Provider Name Locked
request many times via voice mail, asking him to contact me to return my money. He can mail it to me, tape it to the door as he did the note he left on my door, or mail it. I don't care--give me my money, and we'll be done. Since then, nothing. No response, no money.

So now, I'm writing this in the hope that no one else will be so badly treated. I am a single senior citizen, so this was especially difficult--but it shouldn't happen to anyone! I have researched his movements around town for the past 10 days. He has no excuse that falls under the "personal situation" he cited. He did not call to find out when work could start that morning as he implied. Rather, he called to find out how much time he had to get to the post office when it opened, buy money orders and slither on to my house to put the note on the door before I got home. I firmly believe that
Virginia Beach Cabinet Refacers Provider Name Locked
called me that morning for a completely different reason than the one he gave me. I suspect he discovered that he had underbid the job and wanted to get out of it. If that was the case, he should have faced me and told me the truth. Man up!

The thing
Virginia Beach Cabinet Refacers Provider Name Locked
doesn't seem to understand is not only the financial loss but the emotional upheaval he caused. I had worked on the plan for a very long time, and now I had to begin again. Even if he were to return all of the money, he is still in breach of contract. That contract has begin and end dates and very specific components of the job which he signed and agreed to perform. Of course I'd like the money back. But more importantly, I'd like him to admit the truth and the fact that he clearly breached the contract. I won't hold my breath waiting for that to happen, but I will suggest strongly that anyone considering a contract with him think long and hard first.

"We found

Virginia Beach Cabinet Refacers Provider Name Locked
is a meticulous, dependable professional. From the initial discussions, quotes, idea generation and execution, I couldn't have asked for a better partner. I would like to keep

"The installers were plesent, quick, and knew the resurfacing business. The underlayment on the countertop was of poor quality and was cracked during the installation. There was no follow up on the job to see whether any problems developed after the work was completed. The owner seemed anxious to have us use his cleanup service, but we had already done it. The workers did leave the place looking decent."

"They did an outstanding job of matching the doors with the other doors. You can't even tell they were repaired. They were very honest people to deal with and I would recommend them to others because they were that good. I was very pleased indeed with them. I paid them $1500 for fixing the two doors and installing my kitchen cabinets."

"It took a few weeks to order the materials. They made some mistakes in ordering which ended up in my favor. Some of the materials were upscale from what I had ordered. They gave them to me for the same price. It took about four days to do the work and the job turned out nice. They cleaned up well after themselves."

subcontracted the granite (five surfaces) in the kitchen. plus the powder room, plus the previous wet-bar which we reworked into a dry bar. He sanded and re-sealed all the oak cabinets with a satin finish (replacing the high-gloss existing, faded surfaces) and installed brushed-nickel hinges and handles we had picked out. He purchased all the sinks and fixtures that we had chosen for the kitchen and powder room (to get better pricing), and also installed crown molding on the kitchen walls to match the style of the cabinetry molding. He also installed several electrical fixtures to improve the bar area to accommodate a wine-cooler, and installed tile back-splash where there was none (to match the kitchen no less!).
Over the course of over three weeks he coordinated with the appliance delivery and gas-line contractor, as well as the hardwood floor and painting contractors who were each working the rest of the entire house.

and his team installed several electrical fixtures to improve the bar area to accommodate a wine-cooler; created an external exhaust (through the kitchen ceiling and attic) for the microwave; and made the various electrical connections so that everything works properly under and around the kitchen sink.
The job all came together prior to the movers arriving, and
Virginia Beach Cabinet Refacers Provider Name Locked
came back several times over the next few weeks for minor items.
More importantly, we observed several months later that the caulking around the new kitchen sink was failing/molding, as was the tile grout where the counters met the backsplash around the sink area.

was able to eventually return and repair that also, long after the job was completed. I very much appreciated his commitment to making schedules work in order to ensure our satisfaction.
I absolutely and strongly recommend
