    Angelo Santiago MD
He is very aggressive with my disease. I visit him every month and I like the way he makes me feel. He has got very good bedside manner. My overall experience with him has been good.

    Billings Clinic
Dr. O'Brien comes into the examining room on time, introduces himself, shakes our hand and gets right down to business. We are not paying him to be chatty. We want his medical opinion. His bedside manner is short and curt, but you can tell that he is extremely intelligent and knows his stuff. He will not guess at a diagnosis nor even hint as to what it is you have until he has all the tests dine and data received. I appreciate this, that he is honest and forthright. I was truly hoping for a definitive answer to my problems, but instead of saying Well... it could be xxxxx or it could be xxxxx, he instead says we will wait until the final tests are in and discuss matters at that time. He spent over 80 minutes on me alone. I came out of his office a little disappointed because I didn't know the answers, but feel he was very capable and he would find the answer when he had all he needed.

    Thomas Mayer MD
I feel that he listens and preforms necessary tests but he does not follow up, it is up to the patient to do any follow up with him. He gets right to the point when he enters the room but does not make you feel rushed. I will continue to see him as I feel confident in his knowledge and his care for my condition.

Overall, the whole experience was actually worse than I could have ever imagined. I went to her to get help & finally tell someone my life story, as a therapist, you'd think that would be something she was there for. I attempted suicide because of something horrible my dad said to me that pushed me over the edge & made me try to overdose before school one day. My father is a wonderful person, but growing up both my parents neglected me & I was almost always alone. They were usually out of town on business. When I tried to explain on my third or fourth visit to Elizabeth, that my father had a problem with alcohol at the the time, & being adopted, his words were very hurtful (he hastily said he disowned me & I've been adopted since infancy), she said,"... well Katie, you can't blame your parents for everything...,"! As if children raise themselves!? My husband has a degree in psychology & minor in philosophy & I asked him, if a suicidal teenager is in her third or fourth visit with you trying to pour her heart out about how her parents had a hand in her suicide attempt & depression, would you ever, EVER say something like what Elizabeth said to me, & he said a very obvious NO! It shut me down, I never wanted professional help for my anxiety or depression ever again. It just seems so unprofessional looking  back & still haunts me to this day. Maybe I would have become the calmer, less anxious & depressed person I am today much sooner, had she not blamed me for my depression & been so utterly unprofessional...

    Frank Wheeler MD
Dr. Wheeler may have been a knowledgeable psychiatrist in 1982 when he graduated, but the field of psychology has changed and he hasn't. His attitude was aloof and impersonal, his treatment plans consist of medication or hospitalization at Pine Ridge Mental Hospital (operated by Frank Wheeler) which in turn leads to more medication, and he spends as little time as possible observing the patient. I proposed several issues that I believed that I was having, and he hadn't heard of several of them. You'd think that as a psychiatrist he would spend time studying his craft, and he does study; I have seen him reading books ranging from "The Silmarillion" to books on String Theory, but never anything about the mind or its ailments. This man needs to do what is best for the community and retire so that someone that actually gives a s*** can fill his shoes or even just throw the old shoes away and replace them with ones that actually help the mentally ill. I would give him a negative five star if it were an option.
