  • They came on time and worked hard and fast. Always cleaned up and laid out drop cloths. They placed all windows in the first day and spent the whole next day sealing up and detailing the look. Did a great job.

  • Everlast did a good job installing the roof, but when Gerard and the insurance company bailed out of the situation it left us with a very bitter taste. I would not recommend to anyone to buy or to have installed a Gerard roof. I regret we had to use Everlast as the only company who could install the roof. Gerard only authorizes one contractor in Wyoming and Montana. Then they consider that contractor as an independent contractor and will not guarantee the quality of the contractor's work. We had no way of knowing the 2003 roof installation was defective. Even when Everlast and our contractor discovered the problem, Everlast did not inform us of the problem until after the statute of limitation had run out. We still have pigeons constantly congregating on the roof, but only Everlast can walk on the roof we were told.

  • The employee was fair. The cost is halfway reasonable. It was better this time then the other time I used them. They got the job done.  I asked them to take off the downstairs drain and they gave us a chemical instead. I am still having problems with it. For plumbers they are a fair price. They show up in the half day time frame.

  • They show up faster then anyone else. The owners are alright if you get them. The employees are definitely a C, I have not been too impressed with them. It didn't leak. The guy called for a part, he didn't come with enough part so we sat there and waited. In essence he turned a 1 hour job into a 3 hour job. The work was satisfactory. The work was fine, just the time it took. They do not give you a time, but a time window. If they say they will be here then they will be here. The owners are professional.

  • They attached the outside unite to the side of the house, which is fine. I live in an area that gets extremely high winds. I told them that I wanted to put a couple of brackets on top of the unit so it wouldn't rock back and forth with the wind. I had to call repeatedly to get them to do it. After calling multiple times, they came out and put the brackets in and paid.

  • We've used Ray in the past, and he did good work, so we thought we would call him again.
    We bought a water softener (not from them) a month ago and needed it
    installed. We couldn't afford to have the work done at that time so I
    asked for an appointment for the first week in January. This was noted by
    his secretary. Ray called a few days later and left a message on my
    machine saying that was fine, we were penciled in. I didn't hear from him again so I called
    on the 29th and he said not to worry, we were penciled in, and that he could schedule my
    appt either between Christmas and New Years or call and schedule between
    the 5th and 9th. He was out of the office at the time and needed to check his schedule.  I said between the 5th and the 9th is what I originally wanted. I called on the 5th and told his secretary to verify and it might be a
    good idea for him to come by and see what all needed to be done. She agreed and
    said she would have Ray call me. No call. Every time I talked to anyone or left a message on their machine that I wanted to schedule far enough in advance that I was not caught behind someone with a big job, or weather related or other emergencies. Well, I called this morning, the last day of the first week in January,  and it's "Oh no, he's not coming. He's out on a big emergency job" Excuse me?!?!? This is just the thing I wanted to avoid and they knew it. Now, anytime is a good time for an appointment like this for us, we are both retired so we don't have a limited schedule to work with here and someone is always home. Living in this area for 8 years, we are all too familiar with nobody calling back or even showing up, especially around  the holidays, but this is ridiculous! I called a MONTH in advance! My husband told me to just go ahead and cancel. The secretary didn't say she'd try and call Ray or reschedule or anything. It was more like a cheery "OK, have a nice day". Just horrible, horrible customer service, we will talk 4H Plumbing down whenever someone asks about a good plumber to do work for them. We only had 90 days to return the softener if we didn't like it, and now 30 of them are wasted on these clowns! What is your problem?

  • I am very happy with the service I have gotten from SWi. They didn't just put up my fence they made sure I was happy with the work they did. You know you have chosen the right company when they come back a year after you have paid them to take care of any problem. I am also very happy with the sprinkler system they installed. I highly recommend SWi.

  • professionalThey showed up at 7:00 am, and didn't leave until the job was done, at about 7:00 pm. They found out that I needed to have a plywood layer put down under the new shingles to meet city code, and even doing that, they still finished in one day. They were very professional in answering any questions I had. They were glad to do any extras I asked of them. The cleanup was great. I would recommend them to anyone who wants a new roof. They did all the communicating with the insurance company for me, concerning the added plywood underlayment. Did a great job.

  • Josh and his guys are very good.  They were the only tree service I could find that would climb the huge cottonwood in my backyard that isn't accessible with a truck.  Blue Ribbon employs a fellow who is also a rock climber and who did a great job getting up the trees.  They are knowledgable about the trees and have good suggestions regarding their health.  They also did a very commendable job of cleaning up after their trim work, even picking sticks out of a xeriscaped yard by hand.  One of the best things about this business is their honesty.  Josh's advice about the trees wasn't designed to make for the most expensive job, but what was best for the trees, and they even ended up charging me UNDER the estimate when they didn't take as long as anticipated.  Very surprised by that, as many businesses would have stretched out their time.  Very impressed.  I highly recommend Blue Ribbon.
