  • They did an excellent job. They were knowledgeable, courteous and informative. They were very protective of our yard and cleaned up after the work was competed. I would recommend them and use them again.

  • The elm tree is about 40 years old and looked pretty ratty. Some hanging over my house.  I wanted the dead branches cut out and the tree trimmed.  I also had a tree by the property line that I wanted trimmed.
The man and lady trimmed the trees.  They loaded the branches onto a flat bed trailer and hauled them away.  They then raked
the yard to gather the twigs.
They arrived and started to work after going over the details about the branches and things that needed to be don.  The man and lady started right to work and they kept at it steadily.
The yard was clean and no scraps of the tree branches left.
I was very pleased with the work.  I'm glad I didn't try to climb the trees myself to trim them.

  • These  gentleman showed at 7am like they said that they would and started right away.  My wife said that they were very  nice and professional. They removed limbs overhanging our neighbors yard, cleaned up all the dead branches and picked up all of the limbs and dead branches and cleaned up everything. We would use them again and let everyone know about the good work that they did.

  • It went great! They showed up on time and were extremely polite and professional. They went thru both of our yards and had me show them exactly what I wanted done. And they listened! We paid to have them for the whole day and they sent 3 guys. In the middle of the day, the guy who gave me the initial estimate stopped by to check on the work they were doing and to make sure I was happy with how it was going. They left when everything I wanted done was done. It ended up being from 9am to 6pm. Extremely pleased and will definitely hire again.

  • It started out very well. Richie was eager and trying to make an impression. He finished one of the block retaining walls that another contractor started. He laid out the front yard with barrier, astroturf, and rocks. Laid lava rocks along RV parking area. Then in the back yard the barrier wasn't put down on the majority of what he laid rock/lave rock in. The astroturf wasn't installed correctly. Drip system was installed with no shut off and no way to drain it. He took the guts out of the outside water spigot and plumbed it direct. The drip system leaked from day one. I was out of town working when the work was performed. What he did do with the rock looks very good but he never fixed the drip system and never finished the other half of the back yard. He kept saying he'd be back but never came back to finish. I had to have a plumber come in and run a separate line for drip system and install another outside water spigot before winter.
It's very unfortunate but this service seems par for our area. Beware of the half done not finished correctly services offered.

  • I asked him if he could or would provide scheduled yard maintenance in keeping the zero scape cleaned out and leaf free. Our yard seems to catch all the neighborhood leaves. We are the only zero scape yard and would like it maintained by a landscaping contractor. He said he could do it and said it would be a week before he could get to us for the first visit. 3 weeks later I called, I was told he was busy he would get to me. Another week went by and he and another gentleman showed up at 4 pm with the wind blowing and they picked up leaves by hand for 2 hours. Then decided it was to windy to get blowers out. Said he would come back the next morning to finish. He has never been back. Nor will I ever call him again.

  • Trimming was complete and nice cleanup done.   The workers even went out of their way to cleanup branches that had been cut down by a fence vendor and just left behind the fence.
Vendor very willing to work with change of plan on what needed done during the service.  Originally Cottonwood was going to be trimmed but in such poor shape, dangerous for climber and wouldn't last much longer so decided to remove.
Tree and stump that was removed....   used stump grinder.  All of the stump debris was left and was told it would disappear shortly by being watered.  It is still there after 3 months, will need to remove ourselves.  Also...some large roots coming off of this tree within a couple of feet are still there and poking out of the ground.  They were hidden under the stump debris.  We will need to dig out. in order to level ground.   I wouldn't hesitate to use vendor again but would be more forceful in making sure all of  the cleanup on a stump removal was done and check for problems with roots.  I attribute this issue to the fact that this work was done late in the day and it was getting dark.
