    The Decal Shoppe
    The plate arrived as did the helmet in good condition no issues. The helmet does not function correctly and never has. I notified them within 30days (the first time I used it) of the problem. I never heard anything. Then Randy told me he did not warranty them it would have to go back to the importer/manufacturer and to contact them. I did, and they told be they do not warranty through end users just sellers/distributors. I contacted The Decal Shoppe and told them verbatim what I was told. The Decal Shoppe told me they had gotten them for an Ebay company called square2box and I would have to contact them. I did and they asked me if they sold it to me. I said no and they said I needed to go through whoever I purchased it from which was my thought originally. Randy was anything but nice on the phone when I explained this and he told me he wasn't going to warranty it, it was something they were just selling on the side and how did he know it hadn't been dropped or damaged. I explained he could look at it and tell it hadn't been dropped or damaged in anyway. I told him it was his responsibility as he sold it to me and that I had been in business for 35 years and that is how it works. I told him to just credit me for it or send me a new one and if he wanted this one back he could have it but would have to pay shipping. He nastily ignored me and that is where it stands even though his website says they do warranty things under certain terms.

    The staff was informative, courteous, and professional. The prices were fair and the service before, during and after is excellent. Example: Bret Whitlock called us to arrange to have one of his employees pick up our vehicle and take it to the dealer for a warentee repair and then return it.

    Walmart Tire And Lube - Cody
    The service and Walmart Tire & Lube was very poor. I went to Walmart for a quick oil change. When I arrived, I pulled into the lane dedicated to oil changes. No one came to my car, so I went inside to request an oil change. The clerk working inside told me to go outside and wait with my car and a mechanic would be with me shortly. I went back to my car to wait. I was the second car in line. I ended up waiting in my car for over 20 minutes without any help. The person in front of me also received no help. While I was waiting I counted at least 4 mechanics. They all appeared to be looking at an RV for tires. The mechanics occasionally looked at the line of cars in the Lube Express lane, yet none of them came to help, or offered to check our vehicles in. We simply sat in line waiting. A car pulled up behind me and after about 10 minutes honked to get someone's attention, but no one came. After waiting over 20 minutes I left. I will not go back to Walmart for auto services.

    MAJESTIC LUBE
    Majestic Lube did a good job. The oil change room approximately 10 minutes. They checked all of my fluids and my oil filter. They did not attempt to sell me any extra 'must haves,' which has been a problem at other mechanics. Their prices were fair and they had a variety of oils to choose from.

    Fremont was great to work with. They were not pushy, and they treated me fairly. They had recently traded the vehicle I was interested in to another dealership. When they found out I was interested in the vehicle they had it sent back to the Cody location (free of charge), so I could test drive it. They were very kind and professional throughout the sale. They offered me a few add ons, and when I said no, they did not pressure me to buy. Additionally, they offered me an affordable warenty. The week after I purchased my vehicle, the sales man called to check in and make sure everything was ok. This was by far the best car buying experience I have had. I would definitely recommend Fremont Motors Cody, and I will use them in the future.

    I called a few days before delivering the car.  The car doesn't get driven much - about 30K miles in the last 7.5 years, so they needed to use their judgement about what needed done; the usual published schedule wouldn't be very appropriate.  I left the car and went out of town for a few days.  They inspected it, came up with a recommended list of work; did it, and had it ready when I got back from my trip.

    They offer competetive prices, and they gaurantee their work. Jay, the owner is very nice to work with. Just stop in, tell him whats going on, and what noices the vehicle is making, and he will diagnose the problem.

    Frank the owner would tell you exactly what is wrong, what needs to be fixed, and how much its gonna cost. He's right on the money on his estimates. He won't fix things that aren't broken. His work is solid and sound. I've never been overcharged and my vehicle would always be ready when he says its going to be ready.

    I don't use them anymore, because I don't like them.  They have done an alternator and a fuel pump for us during the time that we did use their services.  You have to keep taking your car back because it is not working correctly and there is always something, like it is not covered by the warranty etc.   The prices are very high and the quality is not good.   I will never use them in the future for our automotive repairs.

    Got an appointment within a week.  Car was there all day because it was a major servicing.  Kept me updated on progress and estimated time of pick-up.  Called promptly when it was ready for pick-up.  Actual charges were well within estimate range.  Evyerthing was done perfectly to a T.  I can track my car's service history online with them, and I get regular email reminders of servicing due.  They never oversell or pad the work.
