Chad and his crew did an outstanding job. They were conscientious with their work and did not damage any of our flowers or shrubs. They did a fabulous job painting the siding and trim. They were punctual and completed the work in a timely fashion. Our house looks fabulous and I would definitely hire them again.

I contracted with Elegant Exteriors in November 2017. It is now 8/9/2018, the work hasn't been done, and I still don't have a date when they plan for the work to be done. I paid half up front ($850). My wife and I have called on several occasions to inquire about the status of the job getting done, and the majority of the time we are never contacted back. I will never use Elegant Exteriors again and I warn you that the track history on the BBB website shows the same track record. Beware!

Contractor abandoned incomplete work site leaving unfinished and exposed siding to the elements. Upon abandonment of the job, the contractor did not secure work materials and left garbage and exposed nails in a paved ally that sees inordinate traffic due to a business bordering alley.

    Four Corners Siding LLC

We had the roof repaired first and that company came back a couple of times as we still had a leak. Mark and Bob and the crew did a great job.  Nothing was overlooked or missed.   They went out of their way to divert the water away from the problem area.  The leak came back on a later rain storm and the roofing company and Four Corners Siding came out and looked at the problem area.  No one could determine the problem so Mark with Four Corners said he would take it on to find out what was wrong.  Mark and Bob came back, and did some investigation to see where the problem was and determined the roofing crew did not flash the roof it correctly.  The roofing crew had to come back and correct the problem that Four Corners identified in the roofing job.

Four Corners Crew, Staff and Management went the extra mile to make sure our house was protected.

Everything the crew did was very professional and cleaned up very well.  Mark and Bob take pride in their work and the quality of service they provide shows.

Justin was timely on any call and helped us deal with our insurance company.  Justin was more than helpful in getting us a well done job.

From the very beginning Justin was very professional and thorough on his repair report.  He found damage  such as dented steel garage access door and damaged window screens.  Other companies totally missed these items.
Because we had to have our roof repaired and due to weather and back log he was not able to get this done as quickly as he
wanted.  He did keep checking with us to see where we were with the roof.
When we finally were able to get him over, his crew was on time and did a good job.  One problem we had was the siding didn't exactly match the original color  of the house.  No problem , within a few weeks he had the correct color put on the house.
The crew was friendly and picked up after the work.
I would definitely use this company again and recommend them to others.

Mr. Benedict came out and measured everything out gave a very reasonable quote on labor and material.  He explained what he was going to do and  what products we needed.  We paid for the materials, when they arrived, Mr. Benedict was on the spot and had the hail damaged gutters and drains removed and placed the new material up within three days.   He chalked around all joints and secured the gutter better than they were before.
Frontier products are very reasonable and nice looking.
Sub contractor Chuck Benedict is very reasonable.

    Lupo Siding

These people are good. He is punctual. He has everything you could ask for. He went above and beyond on anything I asked him for.

We had a problem, our contractor wasn't able to match the old siding for the new siding, and he took it upon himself to do some extra researching on it and was able to find that same siding to another vendor that our contractor wasn't able to find. So, he was able to match everything up when we were told it was going to happen, and then we had some things on our old siding from eight years ago that needed repair and he went ahead and did all of that while they were there doing the garage and didn't charge us anymore for taking care of that other work.

Champion Windows and Home Exteriors of Ft. Collins

This has been quite a while ago, so my date of service and cost may be slightly off, but they did a great job.

The only complaint I had was at first it was a little difficult to nail down the start date. I'm pretty sure that I told them I was not in a hurry though, so my project may have been pushed back a week or so. However I think that the company was either really busy at the time or they had just lost some employees.

When we did get the project started it was extremely quick. The product was high quality, and the company did a great job.

The sales rep was really nice and helpful, the warranty appears to be excellent- we haven't used it, but it was the reason we went with this brand. The warranty is lifetime for basically anything that goes wrong. Plus a limited warranty will transfer if you sell the home.

The windows installer was great. He replaced the windows in one afternoon. When I came home from work that day I could literally feel the difference that the new windows made.

The siding installers similarly did a good job. They had me inspect the siding before signing off on the project when it was completed, and they also did it very quickly. The quality of the work was great as well. I love the way my home looks.

They are also lead paint certified and test before replacing windows. If there is lead paint present they install with windows in the required way with no extra cost.

I would absolutely recommend them for others.

The service does take a bit of time from start to finish because the windows and siding are created specially for the homes that they are installed on. So after you place the order it takes some time (I think a couple of months) before they can do the actual install.

    Lifetime Windows and Siding
The siding looks good. There were some issues which prevented the installers from earning an "A"
    1) They took down my house numbers and not only didn't put them back up, I couldn't find them later. Had to buy new numbers and put them up myself.
    2) They left dozens of scraps of vinyl, several screws and nails around the place.
    3) They messed up my the cable TV line to my living room, and could only shrug and tell me to call the cable company. They also left a length of TV cable hanging across one wall to the cable box (which had previously been neatly tucked and secured to the sofit and said they couldn't do anything about that either.
    4) They had to remove and replace my gutters and afterwards they left an end of the front gutter sagging below plumb, and when we had a hard rain the water came pouring out of the sagging end rather than flowing to the downspout as it should. I have called Lifetime about this and they promised to come and fix that.

    Buffalo Country Contracting
Brandon came to my house As an Employee of a subcontractor of the contractor DBA Laramie Valley Contractors (LVA). I had signed a contract to have hail damage repaired from a hail storm that occurred in 2011.
LVA really did me wrong (another story for another time.) The subcontractor who Brandon worked for abandoned my project, which had been paid for with insurance $ & personal $. Brandon and his partner, Josh, actually came back & finished the project out of their own pocket & time because the subcontractor split with the $$ & had not paid his employees! Brandon & Josh finished my front porch knowing they would not get paid. They did a great job.
We rehired Brandon (Buffalo Country Contractors) later in the year to build a new composite deck in the Fall (hence the Oct date & price related to this review). at the same time I was burying overhead electrical lines, pouring concrete for a new hot tub & installing the tub. Delays on my part due to electric and concrete hijacked the deck project. Good communication on both parties made it all come together & Buffalo Country Contractors came through with an incredibly great deck accommodating our new hot tub!
The deck was built on 16" on center & constructed beautifully with predrilled pilot holes for the screws. VERY nice!
While he was here he installed a new back porch light for me... Just because I asked.
He is polite, a good communicator, & does what he says he will do.
Buffalo Country Contractors is licensed with the City of Cheyenne carries general liability business insurance.
    Highly recommended!!
