    Kimberly's Private Companion Service LLC
We continue to use this care service.  With each change they respond to our needs immediately.  The winter weather has been brutal and they have gone above and beyond to be here. All of the caregivers are very loving, caring and knowledgeable concerning care for a patient that is bedridden .  We could not do this without them.  If there is to be a change, we are notified in a timely manner. If we need to change the routine or caregiver Kimberly responds, listens and takes care of the issue.

Caring is their number one priority, I could not do this without them!

    Frontier Access & Mobility
Installation took several days. When picking up the vehicle I was told there had been electrical difficulties, but they had been resolved. One day later, as I was exiting the vehicle at a friend's house, as I operated the transfer base, moving it backwards, I heard popping, smelled burned wiring and operation stopped. All the fuses were blown and I was trapped in my vehicle. I had a friend manually crank the wheelchair lift down so I could exit the vehicle. It was not drivable and the driver seat was 18" back from driving position. I had to pay a friend in Fort Collins to make the vehicle drivable and he found that a high power cable had been run through a ragged hole drilled through the frame (installation kit came with grommet and instructions to avoid shorting) for the transfer base.that had shorted out almost all systems in the vehicle. After I was able to get the vehicle back to Cheyenne, with lights, accessories and multiple circuits still non-functional. I waited for over five hours while the techs worked on my vehicle. At that time they told me they had fixed many of the problems, but still had electrical problems. After a discussion with the owner, she recommended I take the vehicle to VanWorks in Fort Collins. I did so and VanWorks found multiple wires in a harness had been drilled through and uninsulated joints shorted to the frame. There were still problems they could not resolve and suggested I take the vehicle to the GMC dealer. Frontier refused to pay for any of the work that VanWorks did. Several weeks later the lead tech called and asked if my problems were resolved and I said no. He said to take it to the GMC dealer and Frontier eventually paid about $600 for a blown computer module that had been shorted out. To this day there are continuing electrical problems but this months long nightmare of lousy work and even worse service was the worse service experience I or anybody I know has ever experienced. I have problems yet with the cruise control and brights, but don't ever want to deal with those jerks again!
