    They not only got me in right away, they got me in same day in a matter of hours. Dr. Ideen listened to my concerns of not only the dizziness but why I believed it was not the medication I had just started. We also talked about another symptom I was having and he gave me some samples to see if that helped before he prescribed anything. Overall, I walked out feeling very satisfied that all my needs were met and all my concerns were addressed.

    I was referred over to Dr. Teausant from Dr. Griffingfrom the Mayo Clinic. The next appointment date was over a month away. Itook it and the staff at the Mayo clinic put a note on my file that I wasfrom out of state and to try and get a slot in the next week. I looked atthe app on my tablet the next day and saw that not only had they gotten mean appointment within the week that I was in town, but had done so withoutmy calling and bugging them. It was a breath of fresh air to have a staffthat works for and on behalf of the patient. Dr. Teausant was very thoroughand was able to not only find out why I was having pain in my foot andankle but was able to prescribe orthotics and a brace that I was able toobtain that same day.

    Dr. W. Leroy Griffing
    Dr. Griffing was a very warm and caring doctor. The examination was very thorough and done in a professional manner that kept me feeling comfortable and my privacy was well respected. He came into the room well prepared and had been reading my notes from the other doctors and clinics. He asked many questions to make sure he understood what my timeline had been and what has worked for me and what has not. He ordered several labs and then 4 days later I was able to come back and go over everything with him. He explained very thoroughly the test results, what they mean and what that means in the big picture. He went above and beyond the initial reason for the consult and looked for a reason and diagnosis for me that explained all my symptoms. I left feeling like I had not only gotten answers but good and reliable answers that I could then take back to my family doctor and move forward with. I can not express how grateful I am of Dr. Griffing.

    As always, the staff were very professional, courteous and kind. They asked how my Thanksgiving went and made sure I was taken care of. Dr. Ideen was caring about how the medicine was affecting me, what the side effects were and was very inclusive of my thoughts and what I felt was a good next step. He is up to date on treatments and what I should try next that would be a good fit for me and what the leading research is finding.

    They got me in very quickly (within a few days) of being referred over. The check-in was smooth. They use tablets to collect information instead of paperwork so that is nice, especially when trying to type in all the medicines I take as they have suggestions that pop up so it is easy to pick the right ones. Dr. Podrazik was very professional and thorough. He took a full background before the examination and then was able to quickly diagnose my problem. He discussed the treatment with me and made sure that I did not have any other questions before we left the room.

    They were able to see me the same day. I was a new patient so I went about 15 minutes early to get the paperwork out of the way before the appointment time. As soon as I was finished filling it out, they called me back. I was seen right then, no waiting. The technician was extremely nice and gentle. She was very professional but was also warm and caring. The office was professional and clean. There was a little bit of weirdness that the dressing rooms were so far away from the exam rooms but that is nothing they can control, just the way the building was built. Checkout was very smooth. I do not have insurance so they asked for a $75 down payment and will bill me the rest. They told me the results would be over to my doctor today or early tomorrow, which is the fastest I have ever had results returned to my doctor from a referral.

    He's very thorough and he has been really good with my husband's heart. He listens to my husband's concerns so he's very good. He addresses my husband's concerns. Everyone's very nice. He's there right away. His bedside manner is very good. They have several in there that are very good.

    As with all specialists, there was a lengthy wait time between when my doctor referred me and when I could get in to see her. When I arrived, all the staff was extremely helpful, extremely friendly, and extremely nice.
    I was able to check in with Michelle easily. She made sure I had no questions before I went to sit in the waiting area. I had enough time to sit down and open my Kindle and they were calling me back.
    Chrystal, the nurse, was friendly and professional. I did not have more than a 2 or 3 minute wait until the doctor's fellow came in. This is a university, so there are fellowships. He did a complete history and was calm and reassuring. The reason I had been referred was quite alarming and I was nervous even though I tried not to be and he was able to help me address my concerns and why I was nervous with calm compassion.
    The doctor herself came in and repreformed some of the tests, like muscle strength and such. She showed every confidence that the results so far were correct. She was brisk but willing to stay until all my questions and concerns were met. She was very friendly, very personable and very easy to talk to. She ordered several tests which I then was able to go do right there in the University Clinic.
    There was no treatment at time of this rating because we are waiting for all test results to come back and my return visit for follow up.

    My husband has congestive heart failure. He was admitted into the hospital in January 2013. One of the and quot;specialistsand quot; from WY Cardio Services saw my husband for about 10 minutes in ICU, and throughout his stay, only saw him again on the day he left. One of the hospital doctors saw my husband and informed him that he would no longer be able to continue the line of work he was doing, which was a laborer in the oilfield. On the day he was discharged, and the only other time of seeing this and quot;specialistand quot; I asked him if my husband could return to his job. He said oh sure he's fine to go back. Well, my husband had an ejection fraction of 30% and very high blood pressure. I came to my job and discussed what this doctor said with a nurse I work with. She said absolutely not can he return to that job, get a second opinion. So I called WY Cardiopulmonary Services and requested that my husband see a different doctor. They set up the appointment, and when we went, I expressed my concerns to this doctor. This doctor then told us that he would not go against what the other doctor said. I was still very unhappy because nothing they were doing was helping my husband at all.
    I came to work and again spoke to the nurse I work with, and she gave me a facility to contact. Thank god she did. I took him to Cheyenne Regional Cardiology and the first questions the doctor there asked was if my husband was currently working and I said no and he said is he on disability? and I said no, and he said why not? So I told him what the so called and quot;specialistsand quot; at WY Cardiology said, that he was FINE to return to his oilfield job, and this doctor said ABSOLUTELY NOT! That could cause a sudden death situation. He then placed my husband on a life vest, and changed his medications. I also told this doctor that the and quot;specialistsand quot; at WY Cardiology Services wanted to put input a defribrillator on my husband, and the doctor at Cheyenne Cardiology said he was not even a candidate because his blood pressures were way too out of control. My husband ended having to go to the University of Colorado because the doctor at Cheyenne Cardiology was not going to waste time and keep changing his medications until they finally started working. I appreciate that he did that, and it made us both feel that he had his (my husbands) best interests at heart.
    I tell everyone I come into contact with about my experience with Dr. Skaf and Dr. Wicks at WY Cardiology Services. I would NEVER recommend that anyone see these two so called and quot;specialists.and quot; The minute that I asked both of these doctors what his options were, like disability, or what they were quick to say no. I get how people take advantage of the system, but my husband has a serious, life threatening condition and wasn't doing that. I don't know what they had to gain from that.

    First of all I was going during my lunch break and when I got there and got all checked in I sat in the waiting room for about 15 minutes and then they took me back were I sat for another 45 minutes before the doctor came in. So the time was horrible. The when he gets into the room he goes over the last appointment and pretty wasted my time just so that I could get to prescriptions wrote up. He does try to explain everything in detail. However, today I went to schedule an appointment to someone Dr. Price referred and to get my husband in for an appointment and the receptionist was very rude. So due to that I am canceling our appointments and going somewhere else. As far as Dr. Price if you are someone that just needs minor things like general check ups and physicals he does a good job.
