Instead of finding the leaks, they literally disassembled every single valve and line attached to it. They disassembled the manufacturer's (Hunter) pre-assembled drip valves, compromising the integrity. They even broke one, and then charged me for another one. They used 'pipe dope' on the valves ruining all valves - it breaks down the plastic and the manufacturer has published notices that state no pipe dope is to be used due to the solvents, which will cause leaks and breakage. Additionally, they had pipe dope on my raised planting beds, my concrete, and my A/C condenser. Finally, they failed to properly regrade the ground, even after I asked them to come back to regrade. 4 weeks later, on June 10, 2017, one of the lines cracked dumping over 300 gallons of water. That water, which accumulated on the side of the house, filled the window well and caused in excess of $30,000 in damages to my basement, which was completely renovated as of October 2016. Their insurance company is still "investigating" the claim and hasn't paid a dime. Fortunately, I have homeowner's insurance. I am filing a lawsuit.

The 35-foot Siberian Elm in our front yard was not able to survive the early sub-zero temps of October 2014. After researching Angie's list and several other venues it became obvious that All Trees was the place to call. Cory came out and verified that our tree was in fact dying like so many other elms in Wyoming as a result of the cold snap. His bid was extremely competitive so we had him put us on his list to remove the tree and trim the others which luckily did survive the cold. Last month once the day for work came around it unfortunately coincided with the wedding of our son and his bride-to-be set for the following day. You can imagine how our home was a zoo with foot traffic with tons of people coming in and out of the house all day long. But the All Trees crew was totally professional, amazingly patient and incredibly efficient while removing such a large tree. They conducted their work safely while often waiting for our family and guests to come and go. My message to others is really very simple: if you need tree service and you don't call All Trees then you've made a terrible mistake. Your problems will be solved with just one call. Simple.

I had received quotes up to $4000.00 to cut down 2 trees. I saw Corey and Ryan cutting down some trees down the street and asked for a quote. They came over right away and I was very happy to receive this quote. Ryan is the certified arborist and saved a tree that I thought I was going to have to cut down. They did a great job and cleaned up good when they were done. I would highly recommend their service and will use them again if need be.

I waited a week for them to call me back, only to inform me they would call me later in the week to schedule. He called me a week later and stated they did not have time to do the services I needed. I will not use them again.

Sold us a cord of wood that was anything but a cord. They took our money and did not deliver the product they promised. Was about 3/4 of a face cord short. When we called to ask for the rest of our wood we were basically called liars and they argued with us. Said they would ask their guys about it and then we heard nothing. Cheats, liars and just all around bad at business.
The guys who dropped off the cord just dropped a big pile in the middle of the driveway and asked me if that looked like a cord of wood. I said I didn't know, had never had to judge on just laying in a pile. Said I would stack it and if it was short would call. Exactly what I did and was given the brush off.

It has been years since we have watched men who understand the "old fashioned work ethic" They worked hard, they worked fast, and they worked smart! Our trees look beautiful! They completely cleaned up our yard afterward, and hauled all the stuff away. We highly recommend this company!

    71 SOIL & STONE
Carrie takes the orders & measurements. She hasn't been there long but she does an amazing job! The drivers, George, Mybi & another gentleman did a great job maneuvering the truck into the small space where the soil belonged. Tammy, the manager took care of my questions immediately. I will definitely use them again! They are on top of their game. They are very efficient and quick!

I went to pick it up and it wouldn't start. The mechanic got it started and let it run for a bit, but it wouldn't idle. He had to choke it to get it to run. I just put a new carb in it and it runs great.

ShadeTree Canopies for COOL outdoor living space
We had a Shade Tree Pergola built for us almost two years ago; it has not worked at all! I had to climb up on a ladder to start each of the awnings from the side by the house (they had to be tight enough to be stable in the wind) and also to unhook them from the other end I had to stand on a ladder or step stool. It took my husband about 2-3 hours to install and uninstall at the beginning and end of the season. I was assured by the president of the company, with whom I spoke BEFORE we purchased this, that the framework would NOT make chattering noises in the wind during the winter when the awnings had been removed. I told him that we can have winds up to 50-60mph at times and he said it would not be a problem. It was! Very noisy. Furthermore, if there were ANY breeze at all, the awnings made a loud squeaking/screeching noise, even though I carefully cleaned the tracks with the recommended solution. This very expensive project was a complete waste of money. We will be taking it down this summer. Very very disappointed and upset.
Again, my concern is NOT with the installer, Overhead Door of Riverton, but with the manufacturer of the product, Shade Tree.

A very nice young man came to evaluate the job and give me a quote. It was very reasonable and so we set up a time for the work, which surprisingly, was very soon. The worker and his assistant were prompt with all their equipment in good shape and they did a great job, using the bucket truck in the front and climbing several trees in the back. The tres looked great and they cleaned up quite well after themselves.
