    Jessica Cassity DDS
My entire family goes to Dr. Cassity, and we all love her. Her entire office is very friendly and professional, and Dr. Cassity does great, gentle dental work. Best: we've had to call her office twice on the weekends and evenings due to dental emergencies. She has called back within 5 minutes both times, and has gotten us in immediately for emergency exams.

My experience was nothing less than exceptional. I've been going to this establishment for years and when I moved 2 hours away, I stopped going to any Dentist. 5 years later, I moved back and they still had all my information in their system. All the staff are courteous, I get right in, and Dr. Steve Dacus was very personable, his bedside manner was great, and very thorough in his decisions. All my questions were answered. My periodontal scaling was done very professional. Jamie kept asking me if I could feel the instruments, asked me how my pain was, and if I needed anymore Nitrous Oxide. Jamie then showed me before and after x-rays to let me see that she had gotten all the plaque build up that was under my gums. Although my mouth was sensitive for a couple of days (which is expected) ,  My pain was very minimal and I was able to get back to work by the following Monday.
I was also set up for two visits so they could do my whole mouth. One on Tuesday and one on Thursday. They are so busy it takes a couple of months to get in. I was still living 2 hours away and missed my first appointment. The next available appointment was not for 3 more months but they knew that I lived out of town and put me on a cancellation waiting list. They moved some scheduling around and was able to get me in on the same day I was scheduled but did my whole mouth.  I've been to many organizations where I was less than satisfied and it is hard for me to rate highly for any organization so I felt it was necessary to take the time and rate this Dentist office with a 5 star rating. I would recommend anyone for this Dentist office.

    I wouldn't go anywhere else.
The hygienists are thorough and great with kids. My daughter looks forward to seeing Keisha to get her teeth cleaned! The facility is beautiful and comfortable.
We did not have to wait 6 months for an appointment which is a real problem in our community with other dentists who may not even take new patients.

The dentist and hygienist were friendly and did a good job. However, when I inquired why my bill was 4 times what they had estimated, the manager was accusatory, rude, and condescending. She presumably thought I wouldn't pay my bill and treated me with complete disrespect. Meanwhile, I just wanted an explanation. Needless to say, I'll be going somewhere where all staff treat its patients with dignity and respect in all encounters.

We weren't overly enthused with him. We both went in and had a check up and some fillings. The dentist was not friendly. The hygienist was not really friendly. The hygienist I had seems pretty nice, I didn't have any complaints with her. The dentist was okay, some of the fillings I've had I'm not sure how long they're going to last.

After paying 71.00 just to walk in the door and 25 for 1 x-ray, My husband was referred to an oral surgeon for a simple extraction. No surgery is required, just a simple extraction. So, I called for an appointment at the oral surgeon, Wyoming Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, and was not able to get an appointment until Thursday. They charge 100.00 for a consultation and a min. or 160.00 for an extraction. Hilltop Family Dental did call in a prescription for antibiotics after the appointment and we had to call in for some pain medication on Monday. They prescribed hydrocodone and it did not help with the pain. We called back in for a different medication and were told they could not prescribe anything else. I told the nurse that the dentist should have just pulled the tooth and she told me
"He doesn't pull those teeth", I asked, "you mean the back teeth?" She replied yes. I told her I wish I had known that when I made the appointment with them and I would have saved my money and went to a dentist that actually PULLED TEETH. So to sum it all up, This one tooth will cost us a minimum of 356.00 dollars plus prescriptions.
I do not know of any affordable dentist, but this should be against the law to have to pay that much just to have a tooth pulled!

    Meehan, Dr. Michelle L.
The dental hygienist was running late and apologized to me when she came out to get me from the waiting room. She was friendly and polite. However, I felt very uncomfortable with the contraption that she put in my mouth while taking one of the x-rays of my teeth. It was some sort of hard plastic type thing to hold my mouth a certain way for the x-ray. It looked like it was dirty, stained---it was not white or off-white, but yellowish, as stained or aged. She assured me that it was sanitized.
During the cleaning, the dental hygienist got up and went outside the exam room to do something---with the exam gloves on. She came back in and shut the door, touching the door knob---with the exam gloves on. The dental hygienist then began to put her hands toward my mouth to return to the cleaning procedure---with the SAME exam gloves on. I had to explain to her that I was not going to allow her to continue the cleaning procedure with the dirty gloves on her hands.
When Dr. Meehan came into the exam room to look over my x-rays and do a quick exam, she seemed professional and friendly. However, due to the lack of hygiene protocol with her staff, I would not return to this dentist.
While the staff and dentist were friendly and polite, I would NOT return. As far as billing, they did let me postdate a check for the next week, which was nice---except the appointment ended up being a waste of time and money since I don't plan on returning to Dr. Meehan for dental work that she recommended.
A few months later, I took my teenage son to a dentist in Casper, Dr. Kent Doing, and the difference in the professionalism of his staff and the cleanliness of the exam room and the outstanding hygiene protocol that was evident everywhere was AMAZING---and a relief!

The appointment went well. I did have to point out and emphasize certain things in my medical history they needed to be aware of and overlooked on my intake health history form. Mouth X-rays took longer than I think they should have, but weren't excruciating; they were thorough. Thanks to the weather and cancellations. I was able to get a cleaning on the same afternoon as my initial exam (not normal protocol). The fees were almost exactly what they quoted me (less, actually). They were able to pinpoint what was causing my discomfort and scheduled a follow-up to address it specifically, and quoted me the cost without having to be asked (they even called my insurance company for me to verify that I had absolutely no dental coverage). I did have to wait almost an hour for the dentist to come after my X-rays were completed, but it was a busy afternoon. Everyone was friendly and easy-going, and Dr. Gallup was very approachable and sensitive about my nervousness about dental work. All in all, everyone made me feel at ease, and I'm glad I made Hilltop Family Dental my dental provider.

    Beddes, Dr. Arvin B.
Everyone in my family sees Dr. Beddes. He is a wonderful dentist and his staff is great. He keeps appointment times which is very important to me. He cleans our teeth instead of an assistant. He took my daughters wisdom teeth out with no problem. We all love going to the dentist!

She is wonderful. She is very personable. One of the things that impressed me was when I called around looking for dentists, I called two that had been recommended and first thing they asked was, do you have insurance? This was off putting. When I called her office, they setup an appointment and he has gone willingly every 6 months for his appointments.  His last appointment was a month ago.
