    By Friday, July 24th, we had not heard from Turbo Diesel and Services so we called for an update on the status of our truck. We left our name and phone number, but we did not receive a call back. By the afternoon of Monday, July 27th, still having received no word from the company, my husband called back. The woman who answered ( later identified as the wife of the owner) took our name and number and again stated that we would receive a call. Two hours later my husband called back stating that he was still waiting to hear on the status of the truck. She explained that Mac was with a customer and could not speak to my husband. She explained that the reason we had not gotten a call last Friday was because two travelers had come in who were stranded and it had been "a day from you-know-where". Within two minutes of hanging up, my husband received a phone call from the owner who immediately said "you can't keep calling me every 15 minutes. You've called 3 times today". My husband corrected him stating that he had called twice today and once on Friday and he just wanted to know what was going on. The man continued shouting (I could hear his voice from 3 feet away) that he couldn't work on our truck if he had to keep talking to us. He called my husband "dude" twice. My husband calmly stated that he was the customer and he just expected the courtesy of a call back. The response from the owner was "I expect courtesy from you by not calling me every 15 minutes". My husband's next comment was that he was now concerned that the man was angry with him and that he wouldn't fix our vehicle. At that point the man said, "There you go putting words in my mouth again". My husband finally got him to tell us that he hadn't figured out what was wrong with the truck "because these diesels are very complicated". The conversation ended with the statement that "I will work on your truck and I will call you as soon as I figure it out".

    It was really good. I would tell a friend that if they needed to have something done to their car, I would recommend them. I like their timeliness. They told me it would be done in a certain time and it was. Everything was except for the fair but it is more sensitive here than anywhere else I have ever lived.

    Sunset Car Wash, Truck Wash Dog Wash
    I was able to pull up and see the choices easily. They have the prices and what is included on an easy to see board. The automated payment was easy and the car wash was thorough and got the car clean. I had not washed my car for several months and it had salt and sand on it from the winter roads. After the wash, nothing was left on the car and it looked very clean and shiny.

    I called them to see when they could do the service and they were able to make an appointment for less than an hour from the time of the phone call. The representative was very courteous and explained everything well. The waiting room was clean and they had very comfortable chairs and a couch. They had a TV and toys for kids as well as a wide range of magazines to choose from. The wait time was a bit longer than first expected but it was explained that the service technician was having trouble removing some of the parts and didn't want to break anything. I would rather wait for a few extra minutes than have a broken car and their explanation of the situation and letting me know what was going on was helpful so that I wasn't just sitting there wondering.

    They replaced my front differential and driveline. The parts and labor were on the less expensive end of what it would normally cost. Due to staffing and workload, you need to book your appointment a week in advance. If you can manage the wait, it is well worth the quality of work and price. The bumper to bumper inspection they do for all vehicles also uncovered some future service needs. They are also very customer friendly and flexible.

    Brake Stop
    A young man gave me an estimate for all four brakes but did not offer to look at the car's brakes at all. The other businesses I went to looked at the car's brakes before they gave me an estimate. As a result, I learned I only needed front brake pads, not all four. The young man at Brake Stop was polite but he didn't convince me he knew what he was doing.

    Fremont Volkswagen In Casper, Wy
    This repair did not go well at all.  First of all, my my car was not returned to me in the state of repair Fremont Volkswagen of Casper, Wyoming said it was going to be in and some things did not work on my car after the repair that worked before the repair.  After I paid for the repairs and found out the repair was not really a "repair" at all.   Fremont Volkswagen wanted an additional $450, to "finish" fixing the things on the car, and would not "restore" the functionality of the things that worked before I brought the car in until after I paid to have them "finish" the repair they were supposed to have done in the first place.  This to me is not at all an acceptable repair service, in the least!
    I feel Fremont Volkswagen's business model is to "extract" as much money from any customer they may have regardless of what they do for their customer.  This may be the kind of service they provide, but they also lost me as a customer.  Needless to say, I will never got back to Fremont Volkswagen for any service or sales ever again!  This place does not really care about what kind of service they provide to their customers, they only care about their bottom line!  Beware..!!!

    They are quite good. They do a really good job and they have good vacuum cleaners. It is a new facility and more impressive than others. They have better equipment. It is expensive but you get what you pay for.

    Fremont Volkswagen In Casper, Wy
    ve it and it is returned clean inside and out.  Ordered the tires promptly, installed them promptly.  They were very accommodating (and always have been), and a better price than the set before these.  Wash my car each time they have  it and leave a rose on my dashboard when it is returned to me (which is a very nice touch for a lady!).

    Fantastic as always! Who knew that a privately owned HONEST garage still existed! I've used Horizon since they first located to Casper a few years ago. My first experience was when I bought a bicycle with flat tires at a garage sale a few blocks from their location and wanted to ride it home. The owner Jason Leung was kind enough to stop what he was doing and air up the tires. Jason didn't even charge for the air or the service. Nice! So often even air for tires cost something. Ever since that day my family only trusts our vehicles to Horizon. The above cost for the oil change and headlight bulb replacement might seem a little high but I drive a car who's headlight repairs are very time consuming and more expensive then on other models. When I first needed a headlight repaired I took it to another business in town, not only it take them all day but the cost was higher. With Horizon you are confident that the service will be completed in a timely manner and that the price quoted is what will be charged. They do take appointments and will even offer complimentary drop off and pick up service from and to your home or work. Horizon isn't just for oil changes ...... it's for all car repairs. Jason is an expert at solving car trouble, from transmissions to those little noises that drive you crazy. Take your car to Horizon and relax. The repair will be made correctly, at a competitive price, at your convenience and with integrity. Bottom line, Horizon is an oasis in the world of automotive repair. Enjoy!
