  • Unfortunately, the dog remained sick after three visits. I switched to a different vet.one thing that really bothered me was that the vet wouldn't let me see the kennel area. I asked twice and she declined twice. It made me wonder if she was hiding something.

  • I have four dogs and she provides annual check up and teeth cleaning. She is very practical and very professional. There are no flaws in her office but it is small practice. She is very gentle and very good with animals. I just like her and I don't have any problems at all when I go there. She takes care of my dogs and if there are things that needs to be done, she'll tell you. She definitely looks after my pets. The office is great. It's small but the environment is great and the staff is good. She has an assistant. I like them a whole lot.

  • The name of the veterinarian I see there is Robert Carr and he is very good.  He was very helpful, understanding and companionate about things.  I have had a very good experience with him and his staff is also very well versed in veterinary work.  They love animals and are very personable.

  • My dog was about 8 months old and tried to eat anything he came in contact with. He stopped eating and drinking so I knew something was wrong.  This was on a Sunday.  Monday morning I took him to my vet on Monday and told him I was pretty sure he had eaten something.  Five hours later he called and said that her intestines were blocked but he couldn't do the surgery.  Took her straight to Town and Country Animal hospital.  By the time we got there she was almost dead.  she was completely dehydrated and in shock.  They took her straight to surgery.  She had swallowed a sock which had blocked her intestines.  She was in surgery for three hours. They didn't think she would live but she did.  She was in the hospital for a week, it was like an intensive care room, with an IV and oxygen. After she was feeling a little better I could take her outside on a leash. They sent her home with medicine and special food for to eat for awhile.  Everyone there was wonderful.  I cannot say enough good things about the place.  They also do all the routine things dogs need.   They also do stem cell surgery on dogs with hip and knee problems, which I am going to have done for my German shepherd when I have the money.  It is a fair drive for me to go there but I will never take my animals anywhere else. It would have cost me twice what they charged me anywhere else.

  • Vickie was very kind in greeting the dogs and made sure each one was relaxed before she began the grooming. She changed locale from the table to the floor for the one that didn't like the table. I left the one to be bathed and when I returned he was trotting around in the large holding area. His coat was beautiful, with all the loose fur groomed out. He smelled wonderful! And he clearly liked Vickie! She was friendly to us and when we left she gave us a generous goodie bag of treats for the dogs.

She also sells Miniature Schnauzer puppies and had two b****** on the premises. Those dogs were friendly and well-behaved.

  • The clinic is always clean and smells good. The receptionist greets us in a friendly way, as does the resident cat. Dr. Pam is always happy to see our three dogs, and she talks to them in a sweet, quiet way that they seem to find reassuring. She also makes herself available by phone when needed.

  • Our 11 yr-old sheltie who has been ailing with multiple problems, including leaking heart valves had been in terrible distress, pacing and unable to breath correctly. When we took her into the office; we thought it would be for the last time (March 2008) but the Dr. was able to pull her through with the thought that we would still have her for a short time and would still have to make the decision to put her down soon. It is now the middle of September, 2008 and she is still doing surprisingly well and every additional day is thanks to Dr. Harrold, her medication, and to God who blessed us with a great dog and a great vet and her caring staff.

  • Karen was extremely professional. She came to meet us and our dog beforehand and was very punctual. She told us to call her if we wanted to check on our dog while we were away, and when we did, she then returned our call. She left us a note upon our return regarding our dog's status.

  • THIS IS THE 3RD TIME I HAVE USED THEIR SERVICE AND HAVE BEEN VERY PLEASED EVERY TIME. THEY LEAVE DETAILED NOTES OF WHAT WAS DONE WITH MY DOG AND HOW SHE RESPONDED. MY DOG SEEMS RESTED AND HAPPY ON MY RETURN. THEY ARE VERY GOOD ABOUT RETURNING PHONE CALLS AS WELL.
