    Razzaq, MD, Khalid
Dr. Razzaq said that he told me to come in immediately if I had problems of that nature. I did not remember him telling me that, but considering my condition it's very possible that he did tell me and I forgot. He took me off the new seizure medicine and continued the original one, and my condition improved immediately. I always enjoy seeing Dr. Razzaq because he is so friendly and has such excellent "bedside" manner. His nurse is also wonderful and very friendly.

The doctor I just adore. He wasn't like which a lot pf psychiatrists don't mean what they really do. The girls in his office are great. They're very friendly, they know everybody that comes in there--they're great.

He is unbelievable!  He tested my B12 levels and discovered that they were dangerously low. I am grateful that he did that, when other doctors had not thought to test it. He is just wonderful and gives me as much time as I need. He's wonderful!

. very poor 'exam' initial- vitals - i had multiple layers of clothing including winter coat on- (winter time) - time to do blood pressure- i asked if need to remove coat- no- he did blood pressure with all those layers of clothing on- could not have possibly got an accurate reading---did not take the time to evaluate my walking-  i had to hold on to furniture and walls on the way to exam room-  he seemed not to notice.  next day- i wound up in hosp/er. for 'mild stroke' as my primary has called it.  dr. r. came to see me- in hosp room-  as i tried to turn to see him , my spasms were triggerd (prev cond. dxd other dr.)  dr. r suggested it was all 'depression-   i did not feel this was accurate. he insisted i was i just  did not know i was depressed.    the nurse on shift observed this interaction.    trying to get me to position and move body- when i could not even get out of bed w/out help . my face was palsied, my speech was altered for weeks.     the visit was not productive at all.  when i told my primary dr. i would go thru w/ needed mri, but prefer another neurologist- dr. r. cancelled my mri.   several others including a Phys. Therapist- would NOT recommend this neurologist.

I went there to seek help with my mental disorders, well the psychiatrist kept trying to prescribe me medications listed in my medical file that were already used and I told them did not work. So the last time I went they tried to force me to go to their crisis unit, and I was not even suicidal at all. The nursing staff can be quite rude when they have to wait on you and even getting medication samples you will sit for awhile. But if you try to go to another psychitrist they will be sure to hold on to your medical records. Also if you want to get them yourself they will not tell you this but they charge a ten dollar fee plus seventy five cents a copy for each page in your medical file. The only good thing I saw about them is they base off of your income.

The doctor was very rude and kept talking to me instead of my husband. He also kept trying to prescribe medications that my husband had already tried which did not help him. I think they only prescribe things they have on hand to hand out as freebies. The doctors and staff at this facility have absolutely no bedside manner or any manners to begin with at all.

I had an appointment but still had to wait almost 2 hours to get in to see anyone.  The practice was overbooked both for adequate time to spend with patients as well as the waiting room.  The whole place seemed dirty and seedy.  When I was finally taken back to a room I spoke with a nurse/physicians assistant/doctor - I'm not sure because she didn't tell me who she was.  All I did was tell them some of the problems I was having.  I expected a battery of tests to see if I did have depression or anxiety or anything because I had been sent there for an evaluation by the DHHR.  No testing was done.  I was not lying because I do happen to have depression, slight OCD and sometimes anxiety but how would they know since they didn't bother to test me. I spent around 5-10 minutes with the woman and then same thing as the first reviewer (we must have been there on the same day) I heard the doctor joking around with his staff and then talking on the phone.  He came into the room still talking on his phone.  Preceded to talk on the phone for at least 10 minutes then hung up and looked over the notes the woman had made (about a page and a half) and spoke maybe 1 - 2 minutes to me and then got another phone call and took it!  While he was on the phone he wrote out two prescriptions for me and when I mentioned I was already taking an antidepression medicine, he told me to stop taking what I was on and take what he wanted me to have.  There was no follow up.  It was difficult to get my medical records from his office to give to my primary care doctor and like pulling teeth to get them from the DHHR but that is different story.  On the plus side one of the medicines did happen to help my OCD which was slight already but neither did anything for my depression.  I can't say for sure if he is a good doctor because he didn't spend enough time with me to tell but he seemed in a rush and like he did not care one bit about me or my mental health or my problems so what does that tell you? The only good thing that came out of seeing him was that I was able to keep my medicaid care (which I pay for as I mentioned above).

It took 2 months to get an appointment as a new patient. Upon arrival there was 19 people in the waiting room with only two Dr.s seeing patients. I saw the patient log that the receptionist left on the front counter and their were 3 people scheduled for our 2:30 appointment. There were not enough seats in the waiting room. The sink in the bathroom was not working. We waited for 2 hours and 5 minutes in the waiting room with no toys, books or any form of entertainment for children before we were called back. We were taken to Dr. Salmans private office. A woman who did not introduce herself came in and asked all our information....why we were there, age and so on. After listening to Dr. Salman joke with his staff for about 10 minutes he came in to see us. He spent less than 15 minutes with us. Most of which he spent talking to my other son, not the one I brought to get help with. He did not ask many questions about my sons work at school and did not mention speaking with his teacher at all. He said my son was hyperactive and needed to be treated for it. (I was hyper also after waiting for two hours with nothing to do) He then wrote my son a prescription for a medication that is typically used to treat epilepsy or bi-polar disorders. We were then given two granola bars and charged $280.00.

I have went to this doctor for about two years only due to him being the only doctor in my area. And hated every month when it was time to go. The waiting room is not clean nothing for children or adults. And never anywhere to sit a lot of people even have to stand in the hallway because it's to packed like everyone's appointments are the same time. Also the lady at the desk just leaves the paper to sign in on out in the open instead of marking names off for privacy like she is supposed to do. She is so very rood and unfriendly to everyone. And everyone complains about this office and doctor right in the office and is not quite about it They have every right to though as I feel the same. This doctor is rood disrespectful no concern for us as patients. PATIENTS WITH PROBLEMS AT THAT.. I have only seen Doctor SALMAN maybe the most 4 times in two years witch is uncalled for. But in many many ways I'm glad because he has the worst bed side manners I have ever seen in my 45 years of age and I have seen many doctors in my life. He truly is a man of no cares or regards for anyone that goes there and people say it right in the office as I stated before. He just wants to throw different medication at you each visit without even knowing anything about you just what he reads hat the girl's write who usually sees everyone. And when you do see him it's not comfortable at all he made me always feel like crap he would make me feel so small and when I would try to talk to him about my problems he could care less how do I know well because he never showed interest in anything I was saying or tried to say he would come in and do nothing and could never say to him how the meds he had me one was not right he never wanted to hear it or just didn't care. He never just talked to see how I was or respond to me when I would say im not doing well. He has been mean way to long and decided to take myself away from this place due to having more anxiety and depression when I left from being treated as just a messed up uncared person. This doctor has let his head swell to big knowing he's the only doctor for this treatment in the Clarksburg area so he feels he can treat people the way he does as his staff as well so uncalled for the way this place is ran. the other comments were older but yet still true there is more horse playing and phone calls then patients getting the best care we deserve nothing less but that's what we get less of treatment more of horse playing phone calls and disrespect and instead of trying to help they just continue to throw more meds to people instead of getting to the root of the problem . I decided if i'm paying this much money I deserve the best treatment and a great doctor a doctor that cares and this salman is not any of that. I wish the bored would go in one day and listen in the over crowded waiting room and listen to all that is said how the lady talks to people at the desk how seniors have to stand for an hour or more how people are waiting in the hallways how they don't mark the names out how you can hear everything said in the rooms from the waiting area due to the walls so thin and how loud he is and the way he belittles myself and other patients knowing others can hear everything. how the waiting rooms and back rooms are so durty the kids table id filthy the old magazines are years old sticky and only maybe 5 of them and 2 child toys that are caked with dirt and don't even work it's sad people and children have no where else to go but here and have to go through this he really needs investigated in many way's. They need to get more doctors here so others have a chance to go somewhere else because I don't believe he would have any left if there was someone else they could go to. him knowing that is why a lot of people believe he's so mean and not concerned and he takes that for granted witch one day when one comes he will regret treating people that way when he has no patients left. I have cried coming from there many times as others the visit makes me and others worse then going in. it's he's your meds bye that's it waiting for an hour to be seen and hoping they will care what is going on in your life when you get in the room but nope that's not it at all it's the meds and see ya next month also I was on a certain medication that I was supposed to get blood work every month to every other month and I actually always had to remind them for the slip to get it done and I can't even tell you how many times I never got it done for months. as I have problems and I forget to say something but isn't that there job to make sure that gets done im not getting paid to remind them that I need it done. I feel better getting this out and hope it helps others if they read my story. And wish everyone knew about Angie's  list so they can write there experience and read others I know if you look him up there's quite a few complaints from others. NEEDLESS TO SAY THANK'S TO THE LORD ABOVE I HAVE BEEN BLESSED WITH OTHER MEENS TO GO TO A DOCTOR WHO CARES ABOUT ME AND MY PROBLEMS. and I don't have to feel uncomfortable being there anymore..

My experience overall was not very positive. He hardly spent any time examining me. I was looking an explanation of the headaches and ended up having a brain tumor.
