    It is awesome. I cannot say enough good things. She is very professional. I have a problem with my cervical spine; she starts down low and works all the way up. I cannot go to a chiropractor anymore because I had a fusion. She will start way down low and she works her way up. It is not like a chiropractor where I leave feeling like I have been beat up. It is not that I don't like chiropractors because I used to go there. It takes about 45 minutes. She will talk to me or she is quiet and plays soft music during the visit. She has several offices. She has actually seen me at her home before. She is very accommodating. She makes things comfortable as much as possible for me. She works on me and when I am done, I am so relaxed. I have these really bad headaches that I get for the problems that I’m having. I had a migraine before I went to her and I do not have a headache at all when I am done. I would definitely use her services again in the future.

    The lady who does massage is very nice. It's good and relaxing. I've never had a foot massage before but it was a good experience. She is very flexible. She is available in the morning, afternoon, evening or whenever. She is very nice. She takes probably about forty minutes and it is all done. There is no administration there, it's only her. There is no problem with her billing.

    I have been seeing Susan for over a year. I always have a wonderful experience and leave feeling completely relaxed. I have diabetes and poor circulation in my feet. I feel she has helped the circulation in my feet at least for a while after each visit.

    The relief I get after one of her reflexology sessions is amazing. Not only do my feet feel wonderful, but my stress level is greatly reduced. Susan is easy to talk to and she is willing to educate you on any questions you may have. Susan provides a relaxing environment for her treatments. She doesn't rush your appointment and schedules enough time between appointments that you don't feel as if you need to leave immediately. You won't find a better experience!

    Somatic Harmony Massage Therapy
    I purchased a Groupon for a family member who is 7 months pregnant with two young children, so that she could enjoy a stress free hour as a bday gift. I called Somatic prior to purchasing the Groupon and spoke with a very nice and helpful woman. I asked her if they do prenatal massage and was told, "yes, absolutely!" I told her I wanted to buy a Groupon and which massage would be the closest to this type of massage. I was told to buy a Swedish massage. This woman told me to get this one and that she would schedule a prenatal massage and note that this was the massage I bought for her. This family member happily walked in yesterday to check in, very obviously pregnant! Melissa, who turned out to be the OWNER, checks her in and marks the Groupon as redeemed. This family member then confirms the obvious, that she is getting a prenatal massage and from what I'm told, Melissa's whole demeanor just flips and is BEYOND rude, telling this person no that she is not set up for a prenatal massage. Melissa claimed that she was set up for a Swedish massage and that I didn't notify the person I spoke with that I was making an appt for a pregnant woman. I assure that is the MAIN reason i called to set this up. I'm fully aware it's a special kind of massage. Melissa was downright abusive in her verbal exchange with this person, upsetting my family member greatly - hardly the experience I set up for her!!! She left without getting her massage, needless to say. I called and spoke to Melissa, who constantly interrupted me trying to educate me on the difference of the two massages and that I should've specified that i wanted this type for my family member. I repeatedly tried to tell that's EXACTLY what I did. She tells me that the Groupon was for a Swedish massage. I told her that me what I was told to buy by HER employee! I said her employee must've gotten confused and in telling me to buy a Swedish massage, wrote that down instead. I couldn't relay this as she was very rudely speaking over me and kept insinuating this was my fault. She also told me I should've booked a prenatal certified massage for this appointment. I said, "no...that's what YOU should've done since I called to set up a prenatal massage!! That was YOUR job if I call you and make an appointment for a prenatal massage. YOU (or your employee) was supposed to make sure that type of masseuse was the only scheduled for this appointment." Unreal. I thought this lady was the receptionist. Imagine my disbelief to find out she is the OWNER. She didn't apologize (profusely), she didn't offer to make this better and reschedule, nothing. All she did was berate both this family member and then me as if this was our doing. I've never in my life encountered such an awful woman, an unreasonable one, and someone who won't take any accountability for herself or her employee, as she should as a business owner. She must be a joy to work for on a daily basis! And don't bother to get a massage from her and have anything be scheduled wrong,as she doesn't try to resolve issues, only verbally abuse those that are trying to give her MONEY!! Look at the other review here and other places. This is a pattern. I filed a complaint with Groupon and intend to file complaints elsewhere. If you're in need or want of a relaxing massage, you might want to look elsewhere...this place is anything BUT relaxing.
