    Shennandoah Honda
Loudoun Motorsports tried to work with me to get the bike running. I should have requested they open the clutch cover first to discover the bad transmission, before spending $750.00 to fix a bad generator on the bike. I take full respondsibility for the expense, it was my decision. It was not Loudoun Motorsports fault that Shennandoah Honda knowingly sold me an electrical  and mechanical nightmare of a motorcycle and who to my knowledge never preformed any electrical or mechanical diagnostics on the motorcycle before selling it to me. Never buy a used motorcycle from Shennandoan Honda.

I have used their services twice. I am very happy with and would recommend them. The thing that impressed me the most was their level of professionalism. They clearly know what they are doing. Since they were not able to solve my problem within the stipulated time, they did not charge me for the service. Not many companies would do this and I was really impressed. I would use them again in the future.

We were originally quoted $128.00 for everything, he said it would take two days to replace cable and do an oil change. He called less than 24 hrs later said the Scooter was done and it would cost $202.16 !!  We questioned why and he said he had to do additonal things in order to complete what we asked him to do. He than stated he mis-calculated and it would be $163.58. We picked the Scooter up and I asked nicely why the price was more than quoted, he got kind of indignant with me and told me what all he did , I acknowledged and Paid the bill and we went to load the scooter on our truck and my husband noticed the faceplate was cracked, we questioned why and the man stated they had a hard time getting the plate off in order to replace the throttle cable. That's kind of funny when we have taken the faceplate off before and there was no problem. We feel this was a Rush Job and they caused the damage in the process. We called them when we got home to see what they were going to do about replacing it and they have yet to call us back. My husband was concerned they did not do the repair properly after the way we were treated so he took the faceplate off and found where wires and cable were not connected back properly, we were shocked !! This is NOT THE PLACE TO TAKE YOUR MOPED OR SCOOTER TO BE REPAIRED!!  They are dishonest and damage your property and do not fix what they do wrong. Very, Very Unprofessional!

    Shennandoah Honda
I replaced three batteries and a voltage regulator on this motorcycle before I discovered the generator (stator) was bad. I took the motorcycle to Loudoun Motorsports to repair the generator. They requested that I allow them to open the clutch cover after replacing the generator ($750.00) to discover if there was any other problems with the motorcycle. Loudoun Motorsports discovered that the oil sump was not connected and the clutch was not installed correctly. After correcting these problems the bike now had a transmission problem in 1st, 2nd and 3rd gear. I would have to assume that the 'jury rigging' of the oil sump and clutch was done by the previous owner of the motorcycle to hide the transmission problems. That still does not absolve Shennandoah Honda from selling less than a HONDA quality used motorcycle to the public!!!! Buyer beware!!! When buying a used motorcycle from anyone!!!! My only recourse now is to sell the motorcycle to a salvage yard and walk away from loosing over $2000.00 dollars in maintenance costs and improvements to the bike plus the original purchase price of $3000.00 dollars. I will be lucky if a salvage yard will give me $1500 for the bike in its current condition. Total loss $3500 dollars!!!
