He is very good, nice and he charges you properly. They are sending their appointment card, they call and notify. They are accommodative and informative.

The lobby looks fine, everyone there is fine. I wouldn't be going there for 25 years if not. You will get reasonable hours, and reasonable fees. His knowledge is great. You will expect good dental care. It's good, we like them.

For the extraction, Dr. Bryant and his nurse talked me through every step so that there wouldn't be any surprises. I had local anesthetic so I had to have Novocaine injected in the roof of my mouth as well as on the sides. He used a topical which helped, and also made sure not to put the needle in my face so I was able to not see it. He made sure to get my feedback each step of the way. The Novocaine worked great on one side but on the other for some reason I could still feel so I needed extra. He was very patient and made sure I was good and numb before proceeding. Again, it was so helpful that he explained each step before he did anything. He made sure I understood he would stop at any time if needed. My teeth weren't impacted or complicated so the whole procedure took about 25 minutes, including waiting for the Novocaine to take effect. After they were done, the nurse made sure to go over all the things I had to avoid or do, but they also had a sheet for me so that I wouldn't have to think about it too much. One other thing, they asked for my co-payment before the surgery was done, which was very helpful since it meant I could just leave when they were done.

My overall experience was wonderful. The entire staff goes out of their way to make you feel comfortable. The hygenist takes her time cleaning your teeth and the dentist gives you a complete examination. They are always on time and have flexible hours for scheduling.

First time I went, the cleaning was great and I was very comfortable. The second visit, the cleaning was painful and my gums were sore after I left. I will not return to this dentistry again because of their salesman-like mentality. They automatically ask what kind of fluoride you would like, when most insurance companies do not cover it, and then you're billed $30 for just the fluoride treatment. I was unaware of this the first time I went and called and complained that I do not want any future fluoride treatments. Returned for a second visit and was asked the same thing. During the second visit, I was offered the fluoride again and when told I had a cavity, they wanted to perform the procedure same day (the prices are much higher at this dental practice than elsewhere). They also pitched putting caps on my teeth. I've never been to another dentistry where there was so much upselling. I have not been back since the second visit and periodically I get phone calls from them asking to set up an appointment to have my cavity filled.

My Dentist sent me to Dr. Bryant because I needed a cracked molar extracted and since I've only had wisdom teeth removed by using a general anathesia, she recommend him. The consultation was great and explained how it would go (mostly), but it took more than two weeks to get an appointment for the extraction. Then I was sick with the flu and couldn't go and rescheduled for two weeks later. When i went for that appointment, after I wrote my check I blew my nose. The nurse then asked me if I had any congestion at all? I said of course I had some because I have allergies. So she said that we would have to reschedule if I wanted the general anathesia because I had to be 100% congestion free. I explained that my allergies almost never leave me 100% clear and realistically I couldn't guarantee that until the day of. So they offered to just pull it with a local oh AND THEY DONT have nitrous either!!!! The reason for this is that they use an anathesia that is injected and DON"T have oxygen available for their patients. My consultation CLEARLY stated I have asthma and allergies and NOT ONCE was 100% congestion free EVER discussed as a prerequistie. PLUS I clearly stated that this was my first extraction in 25 years and never had a cavity until now either. So I was nervouos about getting the tooth pulled while awake. So they WASTED over 6 weeks of my time with a tooth cracked 7mils down, which was very painful even after the dentist put a temporary filling in it. And I ended up going  back to my dentist who does have nitrous and oxygen.
