    Mary Gallagher MD
She's a pretty awesome doctor. I've gone there since we moved to the area and I've seen her twice so far and I went to her from the recommendation from somebody in the area. It went really well. The office environment is great and everybody is super friendly. She's really friendly and willing to talk to you about any problems that you have. She doesn't rush you. She actually listens so it's a really good experience. I would give her an A.

It was very positive. I like her practice. She is the OB, and then there are two or three others on rotation, and I like them all. I would encourage anyone to use her.

    Edwards, Dr. Robert W.
Dr. Edwards is wonderful. I highly recomend him. Sometimes you have a wait but you always see Dr. Edwards, never a PA. The staff is friendly, the place is clean and Dr. Edwards will address all your concerns. He will sit with you until you understand and ask if you have questions. He seems to be genuine and truly care about his patients.

    Fryer, Dr. Casey S.
They see me immediately, if necessary. They are always kind and interested in my well-being. They know who I am when I call and remember my health issues. The nurse practitioner is great also. Do expect consistent, excellent , and compassionate treatment.

    McDonough, Dr. Barry
My husband was referred to Dr. McDonough by our family physician for the constant pain in his knee. X-rays had been taken and an MRI had been done; both in the past 3 weeks. Our second visit to our PP was on Friday, May 10, and the referred appointment with Dr. McDonough was Tuesday, May 14. I was impressed they got us in so quickly. We brought a disk copy of the MRI with us for them as requested. Upon arrival at Dr. McDonough's office, we were greeted with a well run, highly efficient staff. It seemed as if everyone knew their job and did it well! We waited only about 10 minutes before we were taken back for BP and temp. readings; then whisked off to X-ray for a couple more films (this time standing, instead of laying on the x-ray table). This gave them a clearer picture of what was going on with his knee under pressure. Next stop was our patient room where we waiting about 15 min. for the Physician's Assistant (PA) to come and ask many preliminary questions. He was very courteous, thorough, knowledgeable and helpful. After he left, we waited another 15 minutes for the doctor to come in. He, too, was warm, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. He explained my husband's options. The diagnosis was severe osteoarthritis and a torn meniscus. Given my husband's age (56), we weren't surprised at the OA. My husband opted for an injection of a corticosteroid in his knee for pain relief. The other options which we chose to follow were physical therapy, a specially fitted brace, weight loss (if possible!) and an anti-inflammatory prescription. After the doctor left the room, the gentleman from the and quot;brace-fitting departmentand quot; came down to check our insurance first. When it was authorized, he next took measurements. He said the brace would take 7-10 business days to come in. We will need to go back to Morgantown to have the brace fitted on his leg and shown how it works when it arrives. The brace's function was the take pressure off the inside knee (where the bone-on-bone problem is) and transfer it to the outer part of the knee. Basically, it straightens the knee perfectly upright. The cost of this brace before insurance was in the neighborhood of $850. Luckily with our insurance, our part was only 20% of that; still not inexpensive though! But if it does what it's supposed to, it's worth it. So far (4 days later), the pain has been helped by the injection received, and PT has been set up. There was no follow up visit scheduled. All in all, we were both very satisfied with the whole experience and would recommend this doctor and his staff highly.

    Bowles, Dr. William G.
Dr. Bowles is a kind, pragmatic and knowledgeable doctor.  If a lifestyle change can be made to treat a problem, he will recommend that over a pill.  He is not too proud to admit that something isn't in an area of his expertise and will refer you to a specialist if needed or requested. Dr. Bowles actually LISTENS to you and takes time to explain what's going on and why he is making his recommendation.  This is why he got a "B" on punctuality. But it's worth the wait to get personalized care.  You will never be hustled out of an exam room to maximize the number of patients he can see in an hour.  I've been with him for 11 years and although his office is "across town" from my home, I'd never consider going to anyone else.

    Miracle-Ear Center
While it was difficult for me to do my wife talked me into going and having my hearing checked. I was having some issues hearing in groups and the TV was getting louder. So my wife called and set up an appointment with the Miracle-Ear in my town. The specialist there, Michael Vinson tested my hearing and explained that he found some problems with my hearing. After taking me through the process he asked me if I would like to discuss solutions which obviously I did. He fit me with hearing aids and although I was concerned because the prices rather high they are worth every last penny and then some. Mr. Vinson was exceptional and extremely professional and has made sure at every turn to explain and coach me through any issues. I highly recommend this company and highly recommend Mr. Vinson, when it comes to honesty, ability and sincerity he is the tops.

    Andrew Foy MD
I have used his practice for five years. I have not been there since August. He is very diligent. If he does not know as to what he is looking at right now then he will very quickly find out and get the correct diagnosis for me. He is very good with that and I really like him.

    Bluestone Health Association Inc
I was given an appointment with the PA in order to get in quickly. She was very, very good. She was able to rule out some conditions right off, which was reassuring. She did recommend X-rays to start of with just to cover all the bases. I ended up needing an MRI which revealed a partially torn tendon. She scheduled an appointment with an orthopedic surgeon and called me back after the appointment. She had great follow-up which is uncomon these days.

I think they are the same people who are in Fairmont. Some days they do offices here and in some days they do offices in Fairmont. I overpaid and they never paid me back. When I made another appointment this year, they paid me back. They should have done that a year or 2 ago.
