    Linda is an excellent housekeeper. She is totally trustworthy to work alone, in fact she has a key to my house all the time. If I had an emergency, I can call her and she will make a special trip to care for our dogs for as long as necessary. If you use her services on a regular basis, she needs no instruction unless you have occasional special needs. She anticipates your needs once she is comfortable with your regular expectations. She works constantly, in fact, it is hard to get her to take a break. She does more in six or seven hours than any of my previous housekeepers could do in two full days. I use her every other week for the heavy stuff, but she always does more than I expect. She has wonderful organization skills and has left me with set-ups and methods I would never have time to think about, much less implement, and has made my life much easier at home. My dogs love her and are well behaved with her. She has house-sat, and more importantly, dog-sat for us repeatedly, most recently for a two week period. One of my dogs required twice daily injections and she learned to do it quickly and painlessly, including preparing a prescribed special diet. We felt totally comfortable with her caring for our dogs and keeping our house safe. I have on many occasions had Linda help me to decorate and prepare for home parties or just for seasonal decor. Her sense of organizations and room use and traffic flow have served me well, especially with my work schedule and frequent lack of free time. I would recommend Linda for office cleaning as well. She has cleaned my office during a recent move where more than surface cleaning was required and she left us with a spic-n-span location which was ready for opening within a day. She suggested other things left to do based on her standards, not ours, and returned the next week to help organize and do further cleaning which actually prevented the need to immediately paint and some other maintenance issues. Linda is worth more than her asking price of $10 an hour. She is a bargain in any case.

    It was really informative and it gave ideas on how to organize different rooms in your house. They gave you pointers on things I had never thought of. They do offer the service to come to your home but I was really pleased great info I received.

    Mrs. Gould handled all items as if they were her own. Everything was packed to protected it whether it was donated or kept. We provided all boxes and packing supplies and she used it wisely. She was very supportive of the emotional problems my Sister and I had watching our childhood home being dismantled. We are very pleased with the job Mrs. Gould did. I did pay her extra because she was driving a hour each way on a toll road. She did not ask for us to do this. She was a little late each day but again as I said she was driving the turnpike and there are always holdups during the summer due to work. I plan to hire Mrs. Gould to organize my home!

    No one ever showed up and my subsequent calls were not returned. I believe they either do not exist or perhaps just do not have anyone actually working the phones to take new clients.

    WALLACE VAN & STORAGE CORP
    When we decided to move into our first home after years of being renters we looked at local companies.  Wallace Van & Storage Corporation came very highly recommended.  We contacted them and the owner came into our home and gave us an estimate on what it would cost to pack and move our entire home.  Once completed we were assurred that this move of less than 15 miles away would only take one day.  I questioned the owner if he did background checks on his movers, as I am a Probation Officer and cannot be too careful.  I was assurred by the owner that he thoroughly checks out all employees.  We signed the contract and on the day of the move the mover were scheduled to begin at 7:30 am.  They arrived over an hour late and had no packing supplies and informed us that they were not told that they were supposed to pack the home as well as move it.  One of the movers was a known probationer which placed me in a very precarious situation, against the assurances of the owner that they thoroughly checked out all movers.  It took the movers all day to pack the home, and at approximately 6:00 pm I was informed that there would be no way that they could get the truck to the new home and unpack it as was agreed upon.  One mover went so far as to have his girlfriend come to my home, where he proceeded to make out with her in the moving truck.  I informed them that this was not acceptable as all the beds, include the beds of my 1 and 2 year old children were packed.  I contacted the owner and was assurred that they would remain until the job was complete.  Upon arrival at the new home the movers did not fulfill their contract and set up the beds and most items that were haphazzardly packed in boxed were left in my garage.  The movers lost the parts to my two children's cribs and could not reassemble them.  I again contacted the owner, who came to the new home and again assurred me that they would make it right.  After hours of searching for the missing parts I informed the owner that they would be responsible for replacing the beds that their movers made useless.  The owner went to Wal-Mart to replace the beds and later called to inform her workers that there were no replacement beds....she did not even tell me this herself or call me directly.  At approximately 12:30 am the movers left my home, forcing my wife and I to sleep on  the floor with the children sleeping in their swings.  The next day I contacted the owner, who had the nerve to tell me that we would still have to pay for the moving.  I informed her that if I saw a bill, she would see a lawsuit.  I will never use Wallace again, and will warn all my friends and family against this.  This was a horrible experience that I never want to repeat.
