    ALL ABOUT PLUMBING LLC
This was my first call to this company. The technicians sent out were professional, knowledgeable, punctual, and worked clean. The drain line broke inside the wall in an area that also contained the vent pipe and another drain (not an easy fix, though C.J. made it seem so!). They also answered my questions and provided suggestions. Great techs/great company. Will call again.

The projects went very well. The company was able to give us a quote within a week and started work almost immediately and completed the projects within a month or so. They provided quality work at a reasonable price. The workers, Steve, Berr and Eric were professional and responsive to our requests. We plan to use them for all our future projects.

    Comstock Plumbing LLC
I called on a Friday 4/24 to get an estimate done to replace a leaking water pressure pump, install a thermal expansion tank on a hot water heater Comstock had installed earlier and to fix a leaking sewer line. The earliest a visit could be done was the following Wednesday 4/29 between 8am and 10am. Comstock showed up after 10:30 am due to an emergency. Information was exchanged. I requested a same day cost estimate for a new booster pump. I was given a lukewarm promise I would get an estimate that following Friday 5/1 for the entire job. I received no cost estimate for just the pump on 4/29 nor a cost estimate that Friday 5/1. Monday came and went and I still had no estimate much less a cost for a new pump. I didn't receive even a phone call explaining the reason for the missing estimate. I called the company office Tuesday morning, 5/5 requesting Chip give me a call back to bring me up to date on the missing quote. Its 5:00 pm and no phone call. To avoid any delays related to material shortages I called the recommended supplier for the pump needed and got a price quote. The cost was way to high for the quality of pump being offered. Hence I had to order the pump needed for the job via UPS. I purchased the needed thermal expansion tank and the lumber necessary to support the water pump above the basement floor. I’ve been ready for the job to be done since last Saturday. The only thing missing is a professional plumber. Its going on eleven days now dealing with a leaking pressure pump. Like the water running out of my leaking pump, so has my patience. Totally unprofessional and unacceptable. No business is that busy to not make a phone call! Especially when you have ample office personnel. Delegate! The time taken to write a rebuttal/excuses to this review should have been used earlier making a phone call to keep this review from ever happening! Where did Comstock's appreciation go for my previous business and customer loyalty I gave Comstock, a local business mind you, with more of my business instead of another plumber? Its true when they say never make a customer stand in line to spend their money, otherwise they will take their money to someone else who does appreciate it. To anyone who reads this review, make tracks not a phone call to Comstock Plumbing. Like Share

    Barr Plumbing LLC
Excellent. This was the second time Barry Barr did plumbing work at our home. Barry and his assistant (Trent) and the person who manages his appointments (Debby) are all outstanding. We had to turn off our water to the house for most of 6 days and Debby was especially good at moving the appointment time to match the overnight shipment of the new part. Barry came out the same day the part arrived from Utah and he installed it in 1.25 hours. No leaks, no fuss, just fine work!

Mr. Handyman of Northern Montgomery County
Small mix up in scheduled time of arrival . Brian was very courteous and friendly . Kitchen install was very difficult due to rusted pipes and calcified washers. Even faced with tight spaces and very difficult rust, Brian persevered with out cursing or quitting . Thus showing great professionalism . The up stairs bath was similar in install , but all work was done in a timely manner which was a concern of the installer. He would explain that due to faulty original installation ( which he showed me first) why the job would take the time estimated before he began. Nice touch.

    JC Smith LLC
We recently purchased a home built in 1896 and decided to hire JC Smith to do the extensive re-model. From the initial assessment to the final walk through, JC Smith was a top notch general contractor. The scope of work and cost estimate were both on point; no surprises or hidden costs that threw me out of my budget. The design consultant was very helpful with the new design and material choices; suggesting good quality yet affordable products that would help me achieve the design look I wanted while staying within my budget. The job foreman was knowledgeable about every aspect of the work that needed to be done and always polite and considerate to inform me of all the daily details during the construction phase. He addressed any questions or concerns I had promptly and courteously; even when I asked multiple times because I just didn't understand. ; ) Even the sub-contractors that were brought in did great work! If I wanted something "tweaked" at the end of a particular job, JC Smith was quick to have their sub-contractor return and finish the work to my satisfaction. Every worker that passed through the doors of my home were considerate of the fact that it was my home and therefore left an exceptionally clean job site at the end of the day. To make sure that all the work getting done was to their very high standards, there were multiple calls and visits from none other than the owners, Mr. and Mrs. Smith. I can't say enough good things about this general contractor! Thanks JC Smith for a job well done!!
