    VERIZON WIRELESS
We like them because we can get them everywhere but their prices are ridiculously high but every cell phone company is high priced.  $30 of what we pay is taxes.  We have never had to go to their office.  They are really good as far as quality and being able to get service.  We do not have much choice so we will continue to use them.

You can buy their phones almost anywhere, and then you buy cards that give you so many minutes and so much time. You buy the cards anywhere that they are sold. They are sold at Walmart, Target, and drug stores. The experience has been good, and they give me good service. I buy 60 minutes and I get double that, that is part of the deal. That lasts for 90 days, and you have to buy a new card before your time runs out.

    VERIZON WIRELESS
The service representative was very helpful. She had the answers to all of my questions and never hesitated nor put me on hold at any time. I was so grateful. I will continue to use Verizon Wireless as my cellular phone provider and encourage others to do the same. This is a great company and in my opinion the best wireless provider.

It was an extremely slow process - taking 1-1/2 hours; however the gentleman was very helpful. We got what we needed so all was good.

Fine. The office is okay, depending on the employee that is there. Some of them are very helpful and others serve grudgingly if they can't refer you to the 800 number.

    US CELLULAR
When they changed over the billing system, they made a mess for the people that we're getting their payment auto debit out of their account. They didn't let you know they were no longer taking it out of your account when they started the new system. When you would send payments through you bank they returned them without any notification. The cell service was good but dealing with your bill was awful.

never fixed promblem after months of calling to report it.  Very rude customer service.  Have also talked to other people who have experienced similar billing issues with this company.

TRI STATE SECURITY AT&T WIRELESS RETAILER
Overall, it went poorly. Mike took care of us. (Later I found out that Mike was the manager) When we asked him questions, he seemed annoyed. My wife and I like accessories (headset, car chargers) for our phones. We have not signed up for new service in a long time so we are not well versed in the newest technology. For example we did not have bluetooth service before this. So when we asked questions about these new features (to us) we got attitude eye rolling, sighing, being condescending. I got a free Nokia phone with the plan. It was not a bluetooth phone. I wanted a regular wire headset. They did not have one. Mike told me to go to Radio Shack to get one. For Nokia phones you have to have a special adaptor for regular headsets or use a Nokia specific headset. Mike did not tell me this. Radio Shack does not have these adapters or headset. First clerk at Radio Shack did not know about this either. So I had to make two trips to Radio Shack to figure this out. Mike also handed me a car charger for my phone. The one he handed me did not work with my phone. So I went to the store to return it. Sales clerk said that they would not refund me the money because I opened it. Well I explained to them that the saleperson handed it to me, so I thought it would work and opened it to use it and found out it did not work. Doesn't matter they said. They do not except open packages for return even if it was due to mistake they made. They said that they would do an exchange. When I asked, "Are you sure the adapter that you are going to give me will work?", the salesperson said," I think so." So I said, "If you are not certain that it is going to work and I open it up then I am stuck with it, so I want my money back." Salesperson said, "Well we cannot do it." I had the salesperson open it up a new charger. Fortunately, it did work otherwise I might be stuck with two non working headsets. I did not feel like I got very good customer service so I asked to speak to the manager. I was told when to come back. The manager doesn't call people who are not satisfied. So I went back. Found out that the manager was the person who took care of us in the first place. Told the manager (Mike) that I was very unhappy with the service. Told him that his customer service was awful. He threw me out of the store for being "rude". I did not swear at him or use vulgar language. Just said he was awful. Mike refused to give me the name of a person, phone number or address for corporate AT&T. I did not get anything vaguely resembling an apology for the inconvenience of having to make multiple trips much less the multiple errors in the service he provided. Tri State will unfortunately get the commission from our two year agreement. But that is all they are going to get out of us.

I have spoken to countless supervisors, and they all laughed and giggled and they messed with me. I gave them my card information they repeated correctly but entered it wrong . They are aggravating, they are mentally abusive. It took 4-5 hrs. for a transaction. They had me in tears. They have wasted my entire day. I feel they are getting paid to torment people. They are the worse phone company that I worked with in my entire life. They stole money from me, I made a payment and they did not reactivate my phone.
