    Capitol Rehab
I have seen Dr. Rozier and the therapists at Capital Rehab for several years, on an as-needed basis for chiropractic care, massage therapy, and physical therapy.  I have always been very pleased with the way I was treated, and with the outcome of the treatments.  They are very flexible and cooperative with scheduling, work well with my insurance company, and their office is clean and comfortable.  I have no complaints about them whatsoever.

Peter Juergensen - Muscular Skeletal Therapy
It's incredible to the point of almost feeling magical. I can't really raise my right arm of my shoulder and I went to him and within a month, he had it moving and I could put it behind my head. I've been going to him every Saturday for three years. My husband goes. My best friend goes. I think every heath care provider in our area goes to him to get fixed up from all the aches and pains of being a heath care provider even one of the orthopedic surgeons in the area. He's incredible. I would give him an A on everything. There was a woman that worked there who is kind of bad when it comes to scheduling. But otherwise, he's amazing. His availability is not always great but that's because everybody wants him. It's very hard to get in there. They're all really friendly. I will be there this Saturday.

    Serenity Day Spa & Salon
The massages are always effective in relaxing me and temporarily relieving muscle pain. The staff is friendly and professional. They sometimes offer email specials so you should get on their email list.

    City Hospital
I was preparing for a half marathon in the fall of 2010 (the race was in January 2011).  In late November I developed serious knee pain and it was diagnosed as runner's knee.  I went to City Hospital Physical Therapy in the McCormack building for about 6-8 total sessions.
The sessions consisted of knee strengthening exercises, riding bike, ultrasound.  The staff was very competent and very pleasant to deal with.  I was very concerned about being able to run in the race I had signed up for; and they did their best to help me.  The ultrasound treatments seemed to help quite a bit; I'm not sure that the strengthening really did much.  I didn't have a lot of time to get better so I'm sure it did help somewhat.  I was able to run in the race, though I walked a good portion of it.
In all, I'd recommend their staff at City.  Very nice, a good facility, friendly and helpful.

    Wellness Center At City Hospital
The Wellness Center is an exercise/rehab center. It is a weight room that has people who help you rehab and set up your routine. The staff is very knowledgeable and they have all the equipment that I need. The hours are extensive from early morning to late night.

We saw Dr. Foster. It took a long time for me to get in the door. When they did call me back for the appointment, they turned me around and had me go back to the waiting room because they didn't have a room ready. We got our appointment quickly but we didn't get in to our appointment quickly. I think they were overbooked but the office was nice and clean. I had a 5 year old boy there and I think the staff could have been a little bit more cheerful. He found a second break in my son's elbow that the hospital didn't know about. The hospital said there was a questionable break, meaning it could have not been broken and healed on its own. He showed me the xray the hospital sent over and there were two clear breaks the hospital missed that he found. He was very rushed and I could tell he wanted us out of there. I don't think he did the best job wrapping the cast.

    Kisner, Dr. Michael L.
Dr. Kisner is thorough, punctual, and very dedicated. He has a good following of patients. I have been going to him for almost fifteen years now. And his service is just as good as it was fifteen years ago.

    Center-Orthopedic Excellence
Dr. Knutson is a runner so I sought out his advice. He is very personable, and seems to be very knowledgeable as well. He did an xray in office and sent me for an MRI.
He did not push surgery or any type of invasive procedure, which I appreciated. His in-office evaluation was thorough.
I asked about shots of Synvisc or Hyalgan but for my particular issue they would not have been effective.

They are always excellent. I like their staff and their doctors a lot. They are very thorough in what they do and they explain things to me in plain English, so that I can understand what is going on and what they are talking about. I rate them highly and I need to go to them now to have my shoulder looked at. I will continue to use him in the future.
