    Kerr, Dr. Nancy
Dr Kerr is excellent! She has gone above and beyond to care for our pets, especially our dog who recently passed away. She did everything that she could to keep her comfortable in her final months. She was also extremely prompt when an emergency visit was necessary.

    Paw & Order Dog Training
A huge thanks to Paw & Order Dog Training for helping our crazy pup turn into a well-mannered pup. During our 4 week board and train, they took care of little annoying habits such as: barking, separation anxiety, jumping, and much more. They not only took care of the annoying habits, but helped with basic training. When we picked up Samson, we were amazed at the results. They kept open communication and sent plenty of updates throughout the 4 week process

    PAMPERED 4 PAWS
IF YOU CARE ANYTHING ABOUT THE SAFETY AND WELLNESS OF YOUR DOG, DO NOT SEND THEM HERE! Terrible experience and terrible staff. I would give zero stars if possible. My dog came home with a giant lesion on the inside of her leg with no explanation. And no, it wasn’t a normal scratch from rough housing. It was a perfectly circular 50-cent piece sized RAISED lesion on the inside of her back leg. She was there an entire day, had a a bath, and yet I had no report of the injury other than “she was mounted.” Lacy and Ricki (manager and owner respectively) couldn’t have cared less that I was upset or that my dog was hurt. In fact, Ricki told me I was looking at the wrong dog on the footage cameras, so what happened to my dog couldn’t have happened there. But I never claimed to see the footage of the incident! She treated me disrespectfully and continued to talk over me while I explained the situation to her. They do not document ANYTHING HERE! I asked for reports and footage of the incident, and the bath report that would have expected to include a list of what was done, but the paper they gave me didn’t even have all of the services she received, let alone an injury the groomer may have noticed. IF YOU CARE ANYTHING ABOUT THE SAFETY AND WELLNESS OF YOUR DOG, DO NOT SEND THEM HERE!

    Middletown Animal Clinic Inc
I hate to have to write this, but I feel it must be said and may help another family. I've been going to Middletown Animal Clinic for years with various pets over the course of 20 years. Even after I moved to Morgantown, I would still take my pets there. However, I strongly encourage you to find another vet if you ever feel something is not right with your animal. We took my 3.5 yo dog to them 8/28 because she had been up all night running around in a delirium and biting at her private area. She seemed to have difficulty going to the bathroom as well. They got in her and without running a lab or urinalysis said she had a bad UTI. She was given 21 days of antibiotics, antifungal (which I was told by the vet tech was a steroid), and previcox for pain. We immediately started her on the meds. It didn't seem to help so we called the next day knowing it may take 24 hours. The vet called in Tramadol for pain (which we found out is not even an effective pain meds for dogs). She had a follow up in 2 weeks 09/02. During this time she started exhibiting very anxious and aggressive behaviors. She seemed scared to go outside and was just off. We took her to her checkup. Due to Covid restrictions (which I get) you cannot actually see the vet. My husband took her. He said the tech ran her outside and said someone will call you. It was raining that day, god forbid they get wet to talk to you about your family member. He sat there for nearly 20 mins and the vet called. When she (Dr. Fraley) called she just rattles off information as quick as possible and doesn't even listen or address her behaviors. He asked that she call me to talk. She said she would at 230pm. I had to call her at 330pm. I asked her about the meds and my dogs behavior to be told to put a thunder coat on her and we can talk about anxiety meds. When I tried to tell her it was only recent I was dismissed, as she wanted to talk/push surgery for the UTI (first one she had in 3.5 years....not my main concern) We finished her meds. She slowly stopped wanting to eat and became very lethargic. 09/11 and 09/12 it eas evident she was sick and had been off meds for 5 days. We took her to Cheat Lake Hospital. She is now hospitalized with liver ALT enzymes at over 1400 when normal is under 125. They are running multiple tests to determine what is wrong. I am a complete and total mess. She has never been away from us for 1 day. My point is I knew her behavior wasn't right and the answer wasn't a **** thundercoat or more meds. Had they ran labs the first time we took her almost a month ago we may not be in this situation. Please send good vibes to my sweet Mazzy and don't be afraid to speak up for your pet. You know them best.

    PITTSBURGH PET FENCE, LLC
Exceptional service. Ed and his team arrived as promised, installed the fence in no time, and trained our golden doodle, Maizie the same day. We had the fence installed In the spring of 2014 to protect our puppy from a very heavily travelled highway. We have about an acre fenced in so she has plenty of room to run and play and we never have to worry about leaving her outside where she spends so much of her time. The rechargeable collar is an awesome addition...just place on top of box and let charge all night as you sleep. I provide Maizie with the best: food, groomer, vet care and tons of love. She requires lots of exercise but her safety comes first. She gets the best of both thanks to Pittsburgh Pet Fence. Protect your canine loved one with the best fence money can buy. Quality, reliability, great service, integrity and plenty of knowledge is included in the price. Thanks Ed and PPF team!!

They also take pictures during the weekend to help you see how the pets are doing. They do have limited drop off and pick up your pet.

    PAW PRINTS VETERINARY CLINIC
We've taken our dogs to Paw Prints for the past 30 years. Our pets have been treated for every type of problem, and the vets have patiently answered every question we've asked. They often gave us hope when we thought a case was hopeless, and I'm sure they've kept our dear ones alive longer than we ever dreamed possible. The entire staff has compassion.

I have been going here for years and they have always been great. All of the vets are caring and work with you to make sure your pet receives everything they need. Every staff member from the receptionist to manager are very caring and professional. I wouldn't go any place else in town.

    ANIMAL MEDICAL CTR
As always, Dr. Zucker was thorough in his examination and asked many questions relating to the problem. We discussed possible causes of the problem and decided to try a med to reduce inflammation.  Dr. Zucker also suggested trimming Petey's toenails a little more which he did.  Dr. Zucker is one of the kindest, most compassionate Vets I've ever known.  He always follows up on whatever problem there is with our pets (and there have been several over the years that he has treated).   My daughter and son-in-law are both Vets in another state and so I have a better understanding of Vet prices than some people might.  I do not think that Dr. Zucker's charges are unreasonable for the care and high quality of service he renders. In this town of many Vet, Dr. Zucker is one of the very best and I recommend him without reservation.
