    It went very well. These guys are always very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. Always timely. Work is done well. They don't care at all to teach as they work. Will use again and again. My only complaint is that they are difficult to reach during their busy seasons (opening and closing pools- May/September,October).

    Duane came to my residence about 15 mins early. I explained that I'd had notices from my water service saying my water flow was constant since the 10th (almost a full month) and I hadn't been able to get a hold of anyone there that could give me details about my issue. He shut off my water, checked the meter and said there was a small leak. He was able to determine that it was inside the house rather than in the line from the meter to the house and continued to narrow down the area until he found that the upstairs toilet was running (inaudibly).  He was very courteous and considerate, taking the time to show me how to access my meter and explaining each step of the process. He suggested taking a video of my meter if I needed to dispute the bill from the utility company because he didn't think it was as much of a drain as they made it out to be.  The entire experience was a huge relief to me and I'd definitely recommend them to anyone having issues with their plumbing.

    They left the work area clean. I thought it was a little pricey, but I don't imagine we would have gotten it done for any less. Maybe with a private concern rather than a franchise, but I don't know.

    They have several locations.  It works really well and it is a stress reliever; it helps with my joint muscles a lot.  It is my retirement gift to me.  They do facials and they have a beauty shop as well.  I give them a good tip so I spend $50 for a massage and $35 for the pedicure.  They are spotless with everything being nice and clean; that is the important thing to me and that is why I go there.  I have diabetes and if I want to get a pedicure done, I need to go to a place that is very clean, because I cannot risk getting an infection.  I would highly recommend them.

    He called me on the morning of my appointment, and confirmed his arrival time. He showed up on time and appeared very professional. He listened to the problems i had in the past with excessive water bills and willing to look at all of the paperwork relating to the problem. He asked some questions and then began the inspection of the meter, pipes, toilets, etc. He ran some tests and confirmed that there was not a water leak on my property or in my home. He answered all of my questions and was very knowledgeable. He ended up charging me  less than i had expected and wrote me a detailed receipt. Then a few days later i recieved an official invoice  (marked paid) detailing the services that were performed, just as promised. I highly recommend him and will refer him to family and friends for any plumbing issues.

    Monday, April 15, 2013: We meet at the pool and discuss the following: Liner will be removed; base will be repaired with cracks filled and rough spots smoothed; pool will be checked carefully for leakage problem and if necessary one of the returns will be plugged up and only one return will be used; worst case scenario the pool water will be circulated through the bottom drain only; new liner will be put in place; coping around the pool will be repaired; pool will be ready to swim on April 28.  The provider insists on placing some patting in the pool for a smoother surface and a "better feel". Sunday, April 28: Pool is far from ready to swim. Monday, April 29: Pool is being worked on; accident ? worker falls off the trailer and is brought to the hospital by an emergency vehicle. Worker uses one hand only to do work on pool walls ? the other hand is on the cell phone ? for many hours ... Thursday, May 9: The pool is declared to be finished; it is raining and the pool cannot be inspected carefully; the final payment is made. Inspection of the pool yields the following: * The coping is not replaced all the way around the pool. There are big gaps between two pieces of coping. * The liner is not leveled as the distance with the water surface shows. * The new pipe connection near the pump - necessary because a piece was broken during the work - is not straight.  * In the shallow end there is a ?little step? on the wall behind the liner that may hurt somebody expecting a solid wall there. * The patting on the floor in the shallow end has pieces of gravel on it that hurt when unsuspectingly putting down the foot. * The transition between the slant and the shallow end is abrupt due to the patting. *The pool wall behind the liner is very rough in places with pieces of gravel which may hurt somebody expecting a smooth wall there; this may also cause the liner to age prematurely. * Two places in the deep end show dents in the pool wall. Monday, July 29: E-mail from my friend to me while I am out of town: the pool looses water and the pump is turned off since the water level drops dramatically. The pump may have been damaged due to lack of water. The water level stops dropping below the two returns. Sunday, August 11 and Monday, August 12: Upon my return, I leave phone messages for the provider about the situation. Monday, August 12: The provider returns the call and will come Tuesday, August 13 in the afternoon. Tuesday, August 13: The provider comes and leaves so quickly that when I leave the house he is already at the end of the driveway without paying attention to my waving. He does not answer his phone.  Wednesday, August 14: The provider answers the phone "Silly girl, you should have asked me to take care of your pool while you were gone, then this would not have happened".  I tell the provider that the pool leakage needs to be found and fixed at no cost. In this process, the water shall be restored to swimming quality. However, the provider insists that he has done everything that he could do. He checked the pipe to the returns and they were fine. There is no reason why the pool should leak now and he is not willing to repair and clean the pool at no cost. In conclusion, I have a new liner (with several issues associated with it) which is of no value for me since the pool leakage has not been resolved. I seek resolution with the provider that he will  * find and fix the leakage problem in an acceptable way, and * restore the pool water to swimming quality. The provider will do this at no cost to me.
