We were able to come up with a date for him to come out quickly and he was on time for the appointment. He did everything he said he was going to do. It took him around a day to get the work done. The price was very reasonable and I was satisfied. I recommended him to others.

After considering a variety of options to keep water out of our crawlspace I decided that the better route was to not worry about water getting in and to keep the moisture contained. Our floor joists were rotting and the air handling unit was rusting. The price seemed pretty steep for the labor and materials but it was in line with other drainage options. There was a group of about five that quickly did the job very professionally. The crawlspace is so nice now that I (seriously) take my shoes off to walk through it. It is reassuring that they leave a humidistat so you can monitor the humidity in the crawlspace and see the results of your spent money. I did not buy one of their very expensive dehumidifiers using the logic that if the barrier worked the way it was supposed to that I shouldn't need to dehumidify. Instead, I put in a small room dehumidifier. The humidity in our crawlspace prior to the work was over 90%. Now the humidity never exceeds 55%. I consider it money well spent.

Frank was knowledgeable and efficient.  He had many helpful suggestions concerning this project and others to be completed in the future.  He did exactly what he said he would do, exactly when he said he would do it.  It was a pleasure to have a project go off without a hitch and without stress on my part. I look forward to working with Frank again.  .

    Service Line Warranties of America
I had been having problems with tree roots in my old sewer line.  A couple of times a year, I have a local company come to  open the sewer line.  The last time, I was informed that they thought that the sewer line was collapsed as they could not get the eel all the way through to the end of the line.  I contacted Service Line Warranties whichthe explanaton was clearly stated on their website on how to file a claim.  The promise was that I would hear from a contractor withint an hour.  It wasn't fifteen minutes, when I received a call from a gentleman asking to set up a day and time for his workers to come out and see what was wrong.  This was impressive!   They came exactly at the day and time they said they would and were in agreement that the sewer line needed to be replaced.  The only problem was that my sewer line connected with the city line twelve feet under the ground, which would make it impossible to use a backhoe to reach it.  If they had to do that, a large crane would have to be brought in to do the job which would result in me having to pay much more than was covered by my insurance plan.  He suggested that the city be contacted to put in a new sewer tap only 2 feet underground.  He got all the necessary permits and contacted the city to arrange for the work to be approved etc.  I had very little to do myself.  The insurance only covered up to $4,000, and if it had been necessary to dig down twelve feet, it would have cost me another 3 to 4 thousand over my insurance limit, which I could not afford.  The contractor said his goal was to keep me within my insurance limit and he succeeded! Service Line warranties also kept in close contact with me.  First, to see if the contractor had called and had shown up as promised.  They also called back to see if I was satisfied with the service I received.  They were amazing all the way around- the contractor and the company itself.  I paid zero dollars, and the sewer is working perfectly!   I would recommend Service Line Warranties to anyone.  I cannot praise them enough. They are a top notch, and honest company

VERY responsive! Did a great job. Performed snow removal within the hour of being called upon for help. This service was provided for our Church, The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints property located in downtown Cowen, WV. They provided proof of insurances and licenses. Quick VISA payment. I was impressed and plan to use their services in the future.

The person who came out to do the work was Adam Midkiff. He was referred to me by a local plumbing business. All my neighbors are quite impressed with him and they are all going to use him.

    Terry Thaxton lanscaping
They do an excellent job. He was very, very punctual and very much on time. He was very experienced. He has about 35 years of experience at excavating. He did an estimate and he was dead on the money. His price was reasonable. He started in May and will finish the landscaping next week. He seems to be an honest person and he knows what he is doing.
