They did a really good job. I am not sure if they are still triple-A endorsed, but I think not anymore because of the cost; I think they did not reimburse well enough.

    McClinton Chevrolet
The repairs went well. The dealership had my car for a five day period because of the need to blend the paint. The car was repaired as promised. You cannot even tell that the car had been damaged. McClinton's arranged for a rental car for me. They took me to the rental agency to get the car. All of the dealings with McClinton's went very smoothly. Good job. Excellent place to deal with. The employees were wonderfu.

They took the bumber off, fixed the dent, put it back on, and painted it. They are courteous, on time, and do a good job.

He is really good and he is local.  He saw us like the day after we called him.  He is just a really nice man.  He had done work for us before.  We just couldn’t get anybody that better.  When he is done you can't tell that anything was ever wrong with your car.  He is really reasonable.  He is much cheaper than taking it to the dealer and we have a good dealer.

My Jeep Wrangler was damaged in a minor accident in late February, 2014.  I have not needed auto body service since moving to the area. I spoke with my insurance provider and they gave me the names of several shops in the area that they have worked with. I met with the people at First Quality for an estimate. My first impression was positive and cost was similar to other estimates I had done, so I decided to have them do the work. The repairs took 4 weeks to complete. That seemed a bit long.  I was told that delivery of the new fiberglass cap took two and a half weeks, which delayed things. I did receive phone calls from First Quality while they had my Jeep keeping me informed of progress. I am pleased with the quality of the repairs, the Jeep looks great. All the seams are tight and even, the color match is excellent. There have been no water leaks around the cap, windows or doors. I'd use them again if I needed auto body work. I gave them A's for: Quality - They did a fine job Responsiveness - They called to keep me informed of progress Professionalism - They took care of all the paperwork, kept to their estimate, and answered all my questions promptly I gave them B's for: Cost - The cost for the work was reasonable and fair but not "WOW" Punctuality - Repairs took 4+ weeks to complete. Acquiring parts took a long time. FYI - In my grading scale there is nothing wrong with a "B". You've got to impress me to get an "A"

My experience was very easy from the estimate to the repair and pickup of my car. They only complaint, well its not really a complaint, it was just because they are so good at what they do, I had to wait almost 6 weeks to get in after my estimate. It was no big deal because my car was totally drive-able. I guess you would say quality work is worth the wait.

my dad bought a replica classic car off of this individual, who is the builder, a 1933 ford roadster, i was there to witness the builer dropping off the car and telling my dad any problems, let me know i will fix them, well he practically wasnt out of the driveway and the problems started, to make a long story short my dad and one of his friends had to go through and tighten every bolt on this car, the brake lines werent even tight! some of the seals leaked, there was an oil leak and many other things that i dont remember, my dad has spoken to him once and he did say he could replace the seal, the hood was also messed up and would latch right, and the builder said he had trouble with it and may not be able to fix it! it pretty much dimissed the fact there were things wrong with the car! My dad is very disappointed in him and the car, when you buy a $35,000.00 car you should able to trust the person building it, but not this builder. My parents drove this car before they knew all the bolts were loose and the brake lines werent tight, they could have been hurt or killed in an accident!! because someone didnt do a job right! there were also parts on the car that my dad was lead to believe were brand new and in fact were used parts!
