    Harpers Ferry Auto Clinic
I have been using Harper's Ferry Auto Clinic for more than 10 years. They have always been honest with me and offered good pricing. The will not replace something that does not need it - unlike other shops in the area. I am pleased with the quality and price of the services they offer and will continue to come back and recommend them. Thank you and keep up the great work!!!

    TONY'S AUTO SERVICE
My initial contact with this business went well and I felt comfortable having the work done after speaking to the owner. Unfortunately what started as a 2-3 day project turned into a 17 day VERY bad experience. Two days in I contacted the shop for an update. I was told that additional issues were found and that it would take longer, they suggested that I get a rental car for several days and was given an updated price that I agreed to over the phone. Looking back I should have insisted on a written estimate but their office was closed due to COVID-19 and all of this was being communicated by phone. After another 3-4 days I called the shop again and was told that they didn't have the bracket yet and would need to order one and it would be sent by USPS 2 Day Delivery. They suggested I extend my rental a few more days. I gave it another three days and contacted the shop again, they had the part but I was told that I would need to wait a few more days so they could finish another car they were working on. In the end I ended up with a rental car for 15 days and was handed a bill that was $500 more than originally quoted. The shop owner was very rude and suggested to my husband that he take me to a doctor for anxiety!!! We paid the bill, left and drove a few blocks when I noticed smoke billowing from under the hood and also noticed that the AC was still not working. Upon immediate return to the shop we discovered that the AC belt was never installed and there was an oil leak because the gasket was not correctly installed!! The car was eventually fixed after waiting another half day. Worst experience with an auto repair shop in my entire life, and I'm not young.

    MARPLE'S AUTOMOTIVE
I think they're pretty thorough and reasonable in price. I would give them a five star. They're open Mon-Thurs. They start fairly early for an auto service shop, around 7am.

    Mike's Auto and Truck Repair
We were staying at Cacapon State Park and needed auto repair. We got Mike's name from Google Maps and gave them a call. They got us scheduled for third repair of the day, called us when first two were finished, and waited the half hour or so for us to drive there. They are located out in the countryside, so be sure to get directions from Angie (who handles the phone, billing, etc.). They did the repair while we watched (and talked with Angie) and explained the problem as they worked on it. It took about an hour even with having to order a part from Napa (which is about 15 minutes away). Very reasonable price. Too bad we live two hours away, or we would give Mike our business all the time.

    B & E Auto & Truck Salvage & Repair
All things considered it went very well. It seems that at some point Hyundai started making the Accent in both the U.S. and Canada. Everywhere I went they asked where my car was made. Come to find out my car was actually made in Korea. B & E Auto had both a U.S. engine and a Canadian one so we didn't think it mattered. I even called a local Hyundai dealer and he didn't seem to think it mattered either. Come to find out it did matter. The mountings didn't line up. B & E Auto did a quick search and found me a Korean made engine that fit and have very low mileage without increasing the cost.

    Sunoco
They were flexible. I brought my own parts and they installed it. I done the troubleshooting, I just needed them to do the work. On price, they were exceptional, their timeliness were exceptional, cleanliness, and work.. The price was perfect and they were very honest. I think it ended up being $400 overall, but there was a lot of work done.

    Hardings Service Center
It's a nice place, there are nice folks out there. I recommend anybody go there to get anything done. They're good folks out there, I like them a lot. For my other cars, that is who I will be going to from here on out, it's Hardings. They did something I asked them to do. This August will be 12 years for my wife and I and we've got two Lexuses and they've got those ball sensors that determine when the light should cut on automatically and I kept saying, "Would you quit covering the ball up with the sticker because the lights cut on at four o'clock in the afternoon because they think it's dark?" I was like, "When you put those stickers on, bring it up a little bit?" Every freaking year, the guy would miss it. I took it to Hardings, he called me out to the garage and said, "Mr Crumpler, you tell me exactly where you want it." I was like, "I'll be here from here on out."

    Sudley Car Care Center
Great service, worked with Jason. He was very professional and arranged to pick up the car at a local dealership. The prepurchase inspection, performed the same day, found some $1,700 worth of repairs needed on the vehicle. Based on that report we ended up purchasing a different vehicle. We were very thankful we used Sudley and would recommend them without hesitation.

    JIM'S AUTO REPAIR
He didn't charge me for what he had looked at/his time. That is the way he is. Sometimes he will say no charge but I will give him a few bucks anyhow. He is wonderful that way.  Some mechanics would charge you for work or go ahead and do it. He is just not that way. He is extremely honest. He could have told me anything and I wouldn't have known the difference.

Tire World Auto Repair Tire Pros
They are very courteous. They only suggest needed services and don't try to up-sell you a lot. They are also professional.
