  • My daughter and wife hit something in the road on I-77 and it ripped a hole in the gas tank. Mark and his crew at Creager Tire got the car right in, located a used gas tank off an old car, and had them back on the road to Ohio the same afternoon at a very reasonable price. I was 5 hours away in Ohio. He said he would want his sisters treated the same way. That's good business !

  • The experience is wonderful. He is very honest. He wouldn't lie to a female, and goes and thinks that she doesn't know anything about vehicles where some other places did. I will definitely use them again in the future.

  • It is always slow to have work done here, but I like having the vehicle checked overall every time I take it in.  I like having the option of going elsewhere while I wait and the free coffee and popcorn.  I enjoy the email reminder of appointments and the follow up call from the service department to make sure I'm satisfied.  Besides the long waits I've only had one negative experience.  The serviceman left the plastic cover of the back windshield wiper and it took several days to figure out whey it wasn't wiping at all and the new wiper doesn't do as good a job as the original one did.

  • The alignment was off after they rotated my tyres so I took it back and they fixed it. So now it's OK. They took probably an hour for them to complete. They have coffee and snacks in their waiting room. I drive a hybrid so the oil was expensive.

  • My company car broke down on a rainy Monday. I contacted 2 Guys Towing to pick me up. They were very professional. The driver was on time, well spoken, and courteous. He was very careful with my car. He gave me a ride to get my rental. The tow truck was very clean inside. I had my suit on and has no worries about getting it dirty. I would highly recommend this company.

  • I have been using their services for about five years. The owner, Keith, and the office manager, Bill, are both always there. They know their clients personally. They are very honest and truthful. They will tell you if something needs fixed or not. They don't overcharge you.

  • Ruined a whole set of brand new wheels straight out of the box. Literally tore material from the inside of the lip of each wheel while installing tires. Also broke the side wall of one tire. |All they could do for the incident was give me a set of 200 dollar tires and say sorry for my 650+ a piece wheels. |

  • I always have wonderful service at Lewis Nissan. I have purchased three cars from them and they take care of all maintenance on my car. It never takes long to get an appointment and they will even come to the high school where I teach to get my car, service it and have it back to me by the end of my school day. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or car, new or used, and also for any auto repairs.

  • it went well. even though the mechanic was off sick for a few days I thought they fixed the car fast. the receptionist is awesome and very knowledgeable about the repairs. the owner stopped and talked to me a long time when I came back in to get a part installed that had to be ordered. they are very nice people and they get the job done asap.

  • A sale on, October, 2012, I was stunned and pleased that I had gotten more car than I had bargained for: a 1995 Mercedes E320 wagon at $1311, plus $150.  The car had been beautifully photographed.  It was said to have “many new parts” and had been owned by 60 year old woman from a town on the shore (Long Island Sound) who used it to take her dogs out and drive to the grocery store.  Two pictures showed minor rust around two lower door frames and the comment "Rust Starting Around Floor Pans and Door Sills.”  Accessories were said to be working as they should.  I was especially concerned about the cruise control and AC--two spots of vulnerability on these cars.  (I’ve owned five, dating from 1980 to 1995, all happily purchased on ebay.)  When I took the car to be inspected, I was shown that the underside was severely rusted with 2/3 of the frame gone.  Part of the floor was rusted through completely.  WV did not pass the car.  Though the Car Place claimed the car had passed a Massachusetts inspection “prior to the sale,” I found that both Massachusetts and Connecticut do not pass cars with rusted, cracked, bent, or broken frames due to accident or deterioration.  The car had been listed by Experian Auto Check as well above average with no accidents or underbody rust.  I had no reason to expect a defective, unregisterable car.  Since an initial inquiry to the Car Place, the company refuses to answer my entreaties.  I am being forced to register the car out-of-state in either South Carolina or Florida where cars are not inspected.  I would like the Car Place to furnish another Mercedes E320 wagon with a sound body, mileage under 200,000 miles and working accessories, delivered to me, at their expense.  Recent sales range on ebay between $1,700 and $4,000.
