    HARRY GREEN CHEVROLET NISSAN
    My son had to purchase a car and fast due to having an accident.  Harry Green was the second dealership we went to that day.  Our salesman Scott came out and immediately welcomed us.  Scott asked all the right questions and was able to let us know what he would be able to do under our circumstances, which really helped us because I wasn't sure what we would be able to look at.  We were able to find the exact car my son had been wanting for years and 2013 Kia Soul with only 35000 miles totally loaded with everything you could ever want in a car.  He got my son in the monthly payment he could afford and with an extended service plan that really everyone should have.  I would recommend Harry Green to anyone they really were out to help us buy a car.  We did go to several other dealers that day but came back to Harry Green because they had the best sales staff and wanted to sale a car that day, none of the other dealers cared.

    My husband and I were shopping for a 2011 vehicle (new or used) because our lender offered the best interest rate on 2011 models.  We found a pre-owned 2011 Ford for $279 a month.  To ensure that we were getting a good deal, we did some shopping around.  We went to several Clarksburg dealers, and most of the Sales people admitted up front that they could not come anywhere close to the deal we had found.  We visited Country Club to see what they had.  They had 3 cars on the lot; the rest were trucks and SUVs.  We were about to leave when a Salesman stopped us.  It was near closing time and he had a customer he was with, but he showed us a car any way.  My husband loved the car (as did I, but I wasn't getting my hopes up).  Our Salesman asked us to let him work some numbers, and he'd get back to us the next day.  Needless to say, he was able to get us into a brand new car (the one we loved) for $279 per month.A month later I had some questions about the brakes.  When I brought my car in for servicing, I was greeted promptly.  They knew exactly why I was there (I didn't have to explain my situation 100 times), and they took my car into the shop immediately.  He then asked me if I needed a ride back to work.  I was floored.They actually gave me a ride back to work while my car was being serviced!!!  An hour and a half later, they called and asked if I needed a ride back to the dealership to pick the car up!!!I used to work at car dealerships ( for 6 years) and I never experienced this kind of fantastic customer service.  I am so happy with how Country Club treats me that I doubt I will ever go anywhere else.

    My Husband and I had visited about 4 dealerships recently in search of a new car. We test drove multiple options without much success. We decided to visit Covington Honda Nissan in Covington, VA seeing as we had a Honda for trade in. I must say that I was completely blown away by the entire experience. They actually "interviewed" us. It wasn't about selling us a car that day, it was simply about filling a need that we expressed we had. They took the time to get to know us as individuals and as a family unit. They walked around the entire lots at least 3 times with us (not that I'm picky or anything), and they took EVERYTHING we said we needed and we narrowed it down from there. I have bought alot of cars in my short driving experience, however I have never bought one like this! I actually felt GOOD. I thought that every person we encountered was in our cheering section wanting to do everything they could to be our dealership....not just a spot on the map. I will absolutely use them again!

    The guys at the body shop were wonderful from the start! They worked my car in and tried to get me back out on the road quickly! It was a mess with the insurance company. My husband was backed into while he was parked in my car, and we had to pay out of pocket for some of the repairs (review on insured's company upcoming and on the rental company) I picked my car up after all the repairs the insurance company had written up. That didn't include a tire when that was the area that was backed into. 22 hours after picking it up, I took it back with a huge knot on the side of the tire. Buck called the insurance company, and he told me Enterprise would be calling. It wasn't 3 minutes later they were. John got my car worked in to begin with and even with the extra damage after I got the car back the first time, I was still back in my car before several other places would have been able to get my car worked in. The guys here treated me great. I'm a bit hot tempered, and as mad as I was with the insurance company I'm sure some of it was filtering over to them from me. They never let on however! The quality of the work was great as well! Looks like it's never even been hit, they even cleaned it up before I got it back. Will be telling everyone about them. Even if I won't buy a new Ford ever, they will have my future body repair business!

    I've used Pletcher's for years; since my first car. It's a small, family owned and oriented shop that's been around since the 1930's (I think). The service I had done this time was simple and went as expected. They told me that my fuel gauge didn't work because the float in the gas tank was either stuck or the sending unit was bad. They recommended that I didn't replace it yet and instead keep track of mileage to estimate fuel level. They explained that if I were to go to the labor expense of replacing the sending unit, I might as well replace the fuel pump at the same time since the two components were attached to each other and the fuel pump was still good. It's been my experience that they will only replace something if it's necessary and/or affects the safety of the vehicle - saving me money. Furthermore, this is the ONLY garage in the area that I trust completely. If it needs fixed, they'll fix it; if not, they'll tell to you to "just drive it" [your vehicle] until there's a problem. They will, of course, replace something if you request it. Bottom line is if you take your vehicle there regularly, they will take care of you and your vehicle.

    I can't recomend these guys more!! I thought I had a bad starter, but some things just needed cleaned up. They could have charged me for a starter, and i would have never known. But, they are very honest, low priced, helpful and very nice!!! I love this shop and

    I rented a U-haul trailer in CT and needed to return to Rodger's. Due to weather, I called and got an extension of one day. Upon entering building, I was greeted by a gentleman with a warm smile and a handshake. He took me to the return office and even though I was prepared to pay an extra day of rental, was not charged. I also explained I had to keep three moving blankets which were protecting 'new' to me furniture and upon completeion of some remodeling work in our home, I would return the blankets. He said that was ok and no additional charge. He said he knew he would get my business again. He told me where to park the trailer and he unhitched it, inspected for new damage ( because of weather, I was unalbel to return trailer clean. He did not penalize me for it), and thanked me for the business and hoped they would see me again. I will definitely use their services again.
